This is a great value! Provided discounts on other items I bought, data transfer from my old computer to new computer was included! This is way better deal than other tech places I checked out !

I shop regularly at Best Buy so it makes total sense to join their membership. Appliances, TVs, car audio, my list goes on and with the membership I have definitely gotten great value

This one I have mixed emotions on. I hused it one time and it was great for my PC. However I needed it again and this time I got persons pretending to be Geek Squad. The first person couldn't make heads or tails and tried to send me to someone elsewho also wanted control of PC. I complained in store but no one could helpo and the answer was to send tech for $150.00? Why do I have this service if you are going to charge me for needing to use the service I am paying for every month?

I created a membership because I have a personal gaming computer that was facing an issue outside of my expertise. I brought it in for Geek Squad to review. Luckily, my customer service recommended this membership. With this membership my first visit to Geek Squad was covered. Unfortunately, I had to bring the computer back after their diagnosis and I had purchased new parts. But my second visit was covered thanks again to the membership. The membership paid for itself in two visits. Not to mention the member exclusive deals I used to purchase a new television when mine started having display issues, and the Best Buy cashback I get that I used to purchase a Breville Bambino. This membership is way better than an Amazon Prime membership and gives you many more perks with a brick-and-mortar store and real customer service.

Having gotten best buy total when I bought a macbook in place of my broken desktop, I had forgotten the tech support that they offer through geeksquad. I had put my desktop through every diagnostic I was able to do and took it to another reputable buyer who simply recommended a new part without testing it out. Through this membership, with the help of geeksquad, the issue with the desktop was solved at no expense other than the two parts I needed to order to have replaced. The labor was entirely covered by My Best Buy Total and several months later it is still working as new. The security that comes with constant tech support and free diagnostics is completely worth the price.

I love this membership! I thought I wouldn't be using it much but I ended up using it more than i realized and it's a great deal if you buy a lot of tech. Once you buy something and it drops in price especially with Black Friday coming up you can just go back into the store and tell them you have the membership, and they give you whatever the price cut back to you no strings attached. Also you get a 2-year warranty absolutely free on almost every purchase. 10/10 recommend.
