I had bought My Gas range and dish Washer from Best Buy, which was supposed to be delivered on 1st. Got a message in the last minute from Best Buy that it will get delayed and will be delivered on 3rd . I called and requested for early delivery as we were without any gas range in our new house . They confirmed that the delivery will happen on 2nd and gave time 7Am . In the morning got call from delivery guys saying I am ready with the truck but the appliances are not in the warehouse . Called couple of times to customer care , they initially said it is supposed to be delivered the same day and later they said they cannot deliver it that day. I had house warming ceremony planned that day, many guests were coming .. Best Buy spoiled my entire house warming . I still don’t know when they will deliver my product, we are still staying without any gas range and dish washer at our new home .

I originally purchased this so when I picked up my lap top it would be completely set up and ready to use. After picking up my laptop, I was made aware that the installations were not completed. I spent several minutes trying to get someone to assist me. Again, this was the main reason for my purchasing it. I reached out again recently regarding the battery life and had no resolution. I will not renew this next year.
