Chat agent thought he knew about the face of best buy and being an unkoweldgeable abassador asked people if they knew about service. The idea of putting customer first and caring about they issue after calming the person is out of best buy knowledge. Talking to a person s not An Artificial intelligence. Great membership to buy for all things Best Buy. Great item

I spend over $800 to purchase and install a new dishwasher. After they left, the unit immediately began to make a screeching, whining noise that could be heard from outside. I called for repair, and they sent a CREEPY repairman to my house who 1. stared up and down at my chest and legs the entire time, 2. told me he was deaf in one ear and couldn't hear the noise, and 3. wouldn't be able to repair it anyway because of the brand. He said he'd get a free replacement ordered and installed, but evidently never did his paperwork. Now, it has been over three weeks, and no less than 20 phone calls, and this nightmare of a company doesn't have departments that talk to each other, so they STILL have not removed the defective unit they sold me, nor scheduled delivery of a new one. PS you can't actually reach a store because they route you to people in call centers, so don't bother.

This Total Tech membership more than paid for itself with the free mounting by Geek Squad of 2 TV's thar are 65"+. Too bad they are cancelling this program and are instituting a completely inferior plan now just called Total. They think by reducing the price from $199 to $179 people will buy into this wholly inferior program that offers very little benefits compared to the current program. I'll be cancelling my Membership on March 26th prior to the auto renewal on March 27th. Without this current $199 program, Best Buys to me looses it's special standing for purchases made from that company. As such, I just bought another 75" Samsung from another vendor.
