    Bought Total Tech and have used them three times I am more that happy with the service and their knowledge. I also left my laptop to be fixed in store. Happy with the way they communicated with me and kept me in the loop. It was well worth the cost of the service. All the Techs were helpful and happy to help me. Already have recommended this service to a friend.

    This membership is definitely worth it’s value. The geek squad being available 24/7 and being able to have them fix your items is remarkable. Also having a warranty from here on all your products as a total tech member is the best part. I love Best Buy please people become a total tech member

    I'm so impressed with Totaltech. I recently purchased a new laptop and they transferred my existing data efficiently and in a timely manner. I also experienced another minor issue and it was resolved immediately (turned out to be user error on my part). Great value, comfort and security.

    TOTAL TECH is MY Best Buy BEST PURCHASE and as long as I have a computer I will continue to renew it. It is comforting knowing you have help if you need it 24/7. I enjoy working late-to-early hours and have had to use it in the dark of night many times. Thank you, Best Buy, for being the best!

    It doesn’t matter how larger or small my issue is with my devices, the Geek Squad is there to quickly and patiently help with my needs. Each member is polite, professional, and genuine concern about what will work best for me. They even help me learn how to use the devices effectively.

    I havent had to use this service yet but i can assure you i feel completely safe with this add on for my hardware repairs!!Almost wanting something to break just to see how its handled.!!! Stay tuned for that outcome

    This membership has honestly saved me money I wouldn't have been able to produce on spur of the moment instances. It allows for techs to review and explore issues my devices experience without waiting until I could afford to shell out service appointment costs.

    I believe the membership is worth the money if you are purchasing your electronics through Best Buy since you won’t have to nickel and dime for coverage on every device you purchase.

    I have had a TECH MEMBERSHIP for several years. I have compared their annual membership with other annual memberships & have consistently stayed with Tech Membership; I like that I can go to One place to get most IN-HOME issues taken care of.

    The membership is fine but their handling of delivery and installation can be a real mess. Once, they did not show up after sending email that they would be arriving; then they would y cancel their appointment but their web-site is a pice of art--one part of the web-site does not correlate with the other.. their installation of dishwasher was terrible with one tech wanting to change the electric system and the plumbing, visiting twice and wanting to charge extra; finally another tech hooked up the dishwasher without fuss... So the plus side is that deliver free and do installation inspection free...at least that helped avoid extra work.

    I bought this because the Geek Squad Install Squad that came out to wall mount my over $1,000 dollar TV. They didn't seem to know what they were doing but gave constant reassurance. Less than a year later several hundreds of pounds of high tech big screen and metal wall mount slide out of my wall and leave my living room an unusable mess. Turns out they didn't even anchor it properly to a single wall stud. I call in because, logically, the company that gave so many reassurances must be willing to help in some small way at what could have caused major physical harm to myself or any family member. I paid extra for them to install it and even paid for a few months of the protection plan, so they'd at least help me get the broken wall bits and machine out? First phone call I spoke to someone who promised me the world. They were obviously liable and he'd enter the ticket in the system and they would cover everything. Second phone call? They have no record of the first and suddenly I am 100% on my own. The broken TV they sold me? Not their issue after 90 days. The obviously botched installation job that I paid extra for? Sorry sir, you should've kept paying over $300 a month to keep that covered. Yes... that is worth more than your TV ever was.... But no, they're no longer liable in the least somehow- and are going to go back on their word to leave me with a torn open wall and several hundred pound mass of mangled metal. I have to hire a special junk removal company to get Best Buy's failure out of my house before I Get a new one from Amazon.

    It is a very useful service. When your home appliances such as desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and iPads break down, you can have them repaired. My desktop computer once broke down and crashed frequently. I had it repaired without any additional charges. Service is very good

    This membership is the best thing i could of invested in!! I already saved hundreds of dollars. Plus they even fixed 2 of my broken laptops for completely free!!! I couldn’t believe it! The items you wanna get serviced don’t even have to be bought in store, it’s actually crazy how many perks there is to having this membership!

    In the past two years, with this service, we have purchased 3 TVs, a washer, a dryer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, several computer monitors and keyboards, a microwave, and many accessories. MOST of the deliveries and installs went well, but three did not and I ended up doing it myself. Based on that, I can only give it an average rating. However, many Best Buy team members really worked hard at making things right, and I believe two of the three problems weren't on Best Buy, but on the outsourced delivery companies they chose.

    Go ahead and buy the membership if you're planning on having anything installed within a year. I bought it for a dishwasher installation, then took advantage of it to have the Geek Squad deliver and install a 75" TV as well. I was happy to not have to mess with mounting a TV that size.

    Appliance sales staff at the Superstition location was knowledgeable and helpful to me in making my washer and dryer selection. Delivered was quick (2 days), updates on delivery time was a blessing in that I didn’t need to wait all day. Delivery was quick and technician was polite and thorough.
