I signed up after buying a dishwasher. It was great to have to cover delivery costs and warranties while a member but I don’t know if I would continue paying a yearly subscription if I wasn’t buying large appliances.

so i lost most electronics in my house due to lightning and insurance wouldn't cover half of it. BestBuy protection plan covered everything i had it on and replaced the items or gave me my $$$ back. After finding this out and that i get discounts on some items with the total membership i had to sign up and it is wonderful

I am a single woman and always having computer problems, not to mention I have a cat who loves to lock my screen....UGH....the tecks never make me feel stupid, nor talk down to me. They laugh, and then FIX IT....no charge. Amazing coverage for so little a price. Cannot recommend enough.

This membership is a great value. The people in the store have been very helpful and very knowledgeable. It would be even better if when I call I could actually speak to someone at my local store or at least someone in U.S.

This membership has honestly saved me money I wouldn't have been able to produce on spur of the moment instances. It allows for techs to review and explore issues my devices experience without waiting until I could afford to shell out service appointment costs.

The Total Tech team came and installed my new TV and assembled 2 pieces of furniture to make the room complete. They worked so hard and did an awesome job. Cleaned up beautifully and made sure I was completely satisfied.

HIGHLY recommend investing in this membership! In-store appointments are easy, remote assistance for many issues is extremely helpful with most being resolved efficiently and quickly. Though my father didn't have such a great experience in-store, due to poor customer service, we stand by the TotalTech membership overall as valuable.

So far all of the money saved has been worth the membership for me. I’ve had a couple radio/audio installs in my cars, some installs of appliances and electronic purchases that if I would have purchased protection plans and paid for delivery and install services, I would have spent so much more. Definitely worth it if you have plans on getting stuff done!

If you are really into tech you should definitely get TotalTech. You pay a yearly membership with protection of all of your purchases! Most of them can go up to 2 years. If you don’t like the product you can simply return and exchange during the period. You get 2 days shipping or even on the day itself. Member discounts and exclusive access too!

My husband had crashed his work laptop and desperately needed one to work with at the moment. He needed to reboot his mothers Windows laptop so it could have access to his work system. Her laptop ended up getting stuck on reboot and kept prompting boot file missing. After taking it to geek squad, a day later he was told that they could not repair it and there is a hardware that is broken so it would have to be sent out for $400 or so. We said that is impossible. There was nothing broken to begin with. It was working fine. It's just the system. We took the laptop home and I decided to take a look and play around with it. After doing my own research through google and YouTube I found out all that needes to be done was to download the windows system into a usb drive using another computer, connecting that into the laptop and rebooting it qhile holding down some keys. After following some more steps I completely restored her computer. How in the world are "experts" that are hired for such things not be able to figure this out. Unbelievable. I'm pretty convinced they just wanted her money and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. SMH.

I would very much highly recommend buying this if you are getting any type of appliance or electronic or any kind of device From Best Buy then do yourself a favor and please buy the protection. Do yourself a favor they will come in handy? I promise I never thought I would use them and i've used them more than I can count. I hope this helps.

Worked out great when buying a new dishwasher. This saved us money on installation. Since this was my only purchase and we had no issues, I cannot comment on how well the service works after the purchase.

I love the peace of mind belonging to the Totaltech group. I am 80 years old, and some of the "new stuff" is hard to understand. But they work with me and take the time to make sure I understand and are patient to make sure I will be able to enjoy what I am buying!

Please get this Membership. It's amazing and covers almost everything you buy from Bestbuy. From other stores, when buy something, you have to buy separate warranty for each and everything but here, once you buy a yearly membership, you are good to go and covers everything you buy from Bestbuy. Also the crew of Total tech/ Geek squad is always ready to help you. I love it.

This membership is definitely worth it’s value. The geek squad being available 24/7 and being able to have them fix your items is remarkable. Also having a warranty from here on all your products as a total tech member is the best part. I love Best Buy please people become a total tech member

It doesn’t matter how larger or small my issue is with my devices, the Geek Squad is there to quickly and patiently help with my needs. Each member is polite, professional, and genuine concern about what will work best for me. They even help me learn how to use the devices effectively.
