I was able to use my Total Membership covering several items I purchased AND was able to get my computer diagnosed after a hack. Saved me a lot of money. My only concern was when my Credit card was charged for renewal WITHOUT knowing it was up for renewal.

One service visit and in many cases, you will spend less for this membership. The genius staff are very knowledgeable and thorough.

Plus, the membership discounts on protection plans gave me peace of mind when I bought my new laptop. Knowing it's covered for accidents and spills gives me so much less stress. I'm not sure what to make of this membership yet, but it was cheaper going this route than purchasing short term protection. This adds value to any purchase.

I thought that I would never purchase anything such as a totaltech membership. I have saved so much money since buying this membership. For example, I bought a 65” TV from Best Buy for approximately $500 and had it mounted for $0 with my purchase of the TotalTech membership. So the membership will take care of any service I need for whatever I purchase from Best Buy. And I will get a 20% discount if I need Tech service for anything else I own or purchase from anywhere else. I bought laptops from Amazon that stopped working and I thought about trashing them. But after purchasing TotalTech I decided to use my membership service at a 20% discount to have them repaired. The technician came to my home and fixed my laptops at an affordable price. I had previously given my laptops to a friend who held onto the laptops just to tell me they couldn’t be repaired. I’m glad I bought Total Tech and I didn’t have to leave home to get great service. I will renew my membership every year for sure!

Best money I spend on tech every year. I am techicall challenged and have taken advantage of both phone and in-store help. More than makes up for the cost.

Ideal for people who regularly purchase high-ticket items or electronics. 24/7 tech support and up to two years of product protection (including AppleCare+ for Apple devices) are major benefits. Savings on services and assistance can offset the higher membership cost. Cons
