Best money I spend on tech every year. I am techicall challenged and have taken advantage of both phone and in-store help. More than makes up for the cost.

Having thus membership is a great value for yearly fee and peace of mind. The Geek Squad is always there to help with any & all PC needs. I’ve called them all hours of the night and they are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their Total Home subscription! Can’t beat the value.

I recently purchased a expensive laptop ($1900). I hemmed and hawed on paying for the premium membership. Let me tell you what I am glad I made the choice too do so. With Black Friday deals the price dropped $400 about three weeks after my purchase. I notified them of the drop through the message function in the BEST BUY app and they issued my refund right away. Super Stoked to get the Best Buy three weeks later! Thanks a bunch, recommend heavily.

I have been a member for a few years. My computer failed and could not be repaired. Geek Squad came to my home and followed up with info for a new computer. They installed the new one. I had problems much later due to my error. I went on line to make appointment with Geek Squad to have it corrected. Being a senior I feel comfortable having this service.

Cannot complain about geek squad protection. They do a great job. If youre a fairly frequent electronics buyer (3-4+ times per year) and you have made some big purchases, get the geek squad protection.

We l8ke knowing we have assistance when needed for any tech device. Walk you 5hroygh step by step , never rushed.

My pc had been acting up with OS corruption and a failing motherboard. My hard drive was also very old. These issues kept recurring, but I was able to make several appointments with Geek Squad for a much lower cost by having this subscription. I saved well over $500. If you think you're going to be making many large purchases or making many Geek Squad appointments, then this is definitely something to consider.
