Great to have especially if something quits working... getting an appointment can be hard. Must have one, no walk in and drop it off

This plan is good, however, the customer service needs a little help. I called to ask a simple question concerning my plan, and 15 minutes later, I got an e-mail telling me my plan has been cancelled. I called again to have it reinstated and still not done!

The representative was helpful in transferring data to my new laptop and also helping me reset up a few programs.

I have had this service since they started it. It has been a little disappointing on the auto service part of it because they have really limited what can be installed into your vehicle and that is only if you can get in. I once had to wait a couple of months just to get a security system put in due to Best Buy in Fargo only having 1 person working for that department. For a big city like Fargo, you need to have several people working and make sure they get paid for it. The price should be dropped more just to get me to stick around after this last membership subscription.

Any time I have had an issue over the years that I have been with them I have not had a problem getting it resolved quickly. With no questions asked and without waiting too long

Great value for the money and I receive pertinent communication

If you use a lot of tech but you like peace of mind as well this is easily one of the best member programs that exist. We love the fact that no matter what we purchase we automatically get coverage for an extended period of time no matter the cost of the item but especially when we put down a lot of money for a big Tech purchase not only the added benefits when it comes to pricing but also the customer care that we receive. It's not always perfect but in general the perks that it has make life a lot easier especially when it comes to returns

So far it's been a great experience. I am most excited about having all of my purchases from Best Buy covered!
