So far it's been a great experience. I am most excited about having all of my purchases from Best Buy covered!

The Best Buy Total membership offers a number of perks such as discounted pricing, promotions for members only, and extended warranties on everything you buy from Best Buy. The included AppleCare+ warranty for all Apple devices you purchase through Best Buy is a HUGE benefit, and easily cancels out the cost vs. paying for AppleCare+ out-of-pocket. This membership is a must-have if you purchase Apple products, and/or expensive tech from Best Buy. The promos and special pricing are also a very nice perk.

I use my membership a lot mostly for my computer. I use my computer daily and would be lost without it. The Geek squad always d a fantastic job.

This membership is great. Feels good to know there will always be someone there to help with ay issues.

Honestly just get it if you buy a lot of things at Best Buy its piece of mind. Any issues you have they will help with no hassle if its broken they replace it or exchange it.

I've had the membership for a month now and after a few purchases. I find just recieving the extended warranty as a nice benefit. Though I'll probably wont really use it. My biggest issuebis not with the service but with hiw its implemented in the app. I have to search for member deals only through the app, and the saving applied is not accurate. I only notice the total saving adding extended warranty savings apples. Member prices or deal are not being added to the total. Excample: My savings says I've saved like $2 If you added the switch game deal. One game had $10 off member price and the 3rd game free. That should make my savings more like $72.

When I purchased the Total Plus membership, I did not realize how many times that I would use it, and how much money it would save me. It is a great value! I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to make several purchases!

We have saved thousands of dollars with this yearly membership and is worth every penny. We recently had one of those LG fridges with a faulty compressor break after 13 months, (LG was sued over this and they settled last year) Best Buy took care of us and we were able to get a replacement fridge at no cost to us! If we didn’t have the protection plan, it would have taken weeks for LG to make things right and replace their faulty fridge. We have also saved a lot of money with TV mounting, and I can always call Geek Squad for technical support and I know I have the experts on my side, being a total tech member gives me peace of mind on our purchases (washer & dryer protected as well) you don’t want to regret not having it if you do encounter issues with your purchases in the future.

This is probably my favorite purchase from Best Buy. The Geek Squad is always courteous and efficient and is able to tackle any problem we have. I love that both my husband and I can do regular maintenance on our computers through this plan.

So many perks with this program, couldn't be happier to have gotten it.

Protects all of my purchases, and the 60 day return period gives me peace of mind, in case I change my mind after trying a product. Most competitors have shorter return periods or limit returns on larger items (like monitors) entirely. Protection plans at most retailers are far more expensive, once you get to a few thousand dollars of annual purchases.

The Geek Squad always answers my questions and makes my life easier. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

I am glad I bought the total membership I had an issue with my Lenovo Laptop called the geek squad and spent over an hour with them to get software fixed. So I think this was well worth buying plus everything I have bought since then is covered no need to buy extended warranties.

So glad we opted for this membership! Usually, I pass up the options to purchase these types of memberships, but it covers any and all products that we purchase under my number. Also, I have 60 days to return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations and with kids and pets in the house, it is wise to cover your assets!
