Never buy any electronics, appliances or services without getting the total membership. It would be foolish not it.

I usually buy my Apple devices at Best Buy because the included Apple care ends up paying for my membership. If it wasn’t for that I’m not sure I would keep the membership. The support is nice when I’ve used them. Raising the price and removing some of the benefits wasn’t good though, if they keep taking things away or raise it again I’m not sure the extra benefits will keep me as a subscriber.

Makes returning and getting service a lot easier I was hesitant to spend that much money on it but when you pay for AppleCare and other warranties, it makes it worth it because everything is under the same umbrella

This has already paid for itself. Had the entire household, full of computers and laptops updated and cleared of issues for the cost of just the membership. Then free delivery, member pricing, and early access to new tech.

I appreciate the benefits of the protection and support offered for the new laptop I purchased. For the first time in 25+ years, I am using my own personal device versus the one supported by my work. For a new retiree, the comfort of having support is muchly appreciated.

My membership just paid for itself with a "clean-up" by the Geek Squad, worth more than the price of the membership. It's nice knowing we can go to those folks -- both guys and gals -- and get the computer cleared of faulty add-ons that keep interfering with my work.
