    This is a good thing to get if you don’t know a lot about computers. My dad is 90 and he’s had them come to the house twice because he forgets and pushes wrong buttons. They’re very nice and helpful to him as they just fix his desk top for him . And with a smile! Great geek squad! Glad I got this for him.

    TotalTech Membership was Very Good!

    Bought TotalTech membership so I could have a Geek Squad tech come to my house to fix the problem. It was somewhat frustrating at first trying to get an appointment as I did not want to do this via phone/chat connection. However, once I got the appointment, everything fell into place. The Geek Squad tech fixed the email issue in nothing flat. Very happy with his expertise and service.

    I have saved so much money so far (less than a month) with total tech. No where else for $200 does it cover installing 3 appliances, a tv and the mount. PLUS I have warranties extended for all my investments. This is the smartest way to go!! Thank you Best Buy for thinking of your customers pocketbooks. In addition all the techs who delivered and set up my purchases were all very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I’m so happy to have Total Tech! It’s a win

    No notice auto renewal

    I haven’t had to use it- I’m sure it’s great however I think they should send an renewal notice at least a week before they deduct the fee. I woke up to over $200 charge and I had to investigate at 12:23 in the morning!!

    This is probably the best thing you can purchase at best buy. They have specific totaltech deals for Black Friday and every so often that you can save hundreds on. That coupled with accidental protection on anything you purchase to include some free troubleshooting on things not purchased from best buy you can make your money back next to instantly.

    Totaltech wastes your time

    The new Samsung Oven I purchased came damaged (dent on the door). Delivery tech arranged for a new door and service appointment to install. The 2nd tech came to replace the door (so i thought) but did not have the door and said he was just there to pick it up because it had to be installed by a 3rd party installer certified to work on gas units. The door was supposed to ship to the repair tech but was shipped to my home instead. I had 3 subsequent service appointments to install the new door, arrranged by totaltech but first one was cancled becuase the door had not arrived, the 2nd no one showed up but i spoke to the tech who said they messed up scheduling but also he could not install the door, and the third came and said he couldnt install the door either because it needed to be installed by a third party tech. Despite me going over the details of it needing to be a third party installer with Totaltech several times, they could not get it right and wasted my time waiting during appointment windows. No one tried to make sure the issue was corrected properly and just kept arranging the same thing. At the third appointment we opened the box with the new door to find they sent the wrong color anyway. Now we are just swapping out for a new unit which seems to be a waste of time and resources. If the delivery does not go well we will return tye unit and shop elsewhere.

    Fantastic. I needed to replace my dishwasher, fridge and above-range microwave, so Totaltech covered the cost - FOR ALL THREE - of: delivery, installation, de-installation and haul-away of the old appliances. The one-year cost was the same as those fees for just the dishwasher, so it's like delivery etc for the fridge and microwave was FREE. PLUS the service was EXCELLENT in all ways: communication, speed, quality... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Did a total tech home setup appointment because of a recommendation from my cousin. He has total tech and was having smart home issues. They came out, measured, tested his device, etc. Called him back, made recommendations and he got set up and everything worked fine. I set up an appointment and it was initially cancelled with no calls or anything, I called in and got an appointment set., The rep called me on the way and before he got here, he recommended that I purchase an EERO mesh system. He had NOT stepped into my home! He literally asked me if I had some connectivity issues. Once he got here, he did nothing. I had to prompt him to communicate. Then, he commenced to states "I'm not trying to sell you anything", but you should get a new mesh. He tested NOTHING. I asked him to leave 2 minutes into the visit. I won't use you again.

    The membership is worth it if you are a frequent customer at best buy or will spend more than $200 in service fees at GeekSquad. It's important to note that purchases that offer a protection plan are covered under totaltech but in order to realize the full length of the protection plan you will need the plan for two years making it $400.

    Call request help for Car electronics but no one call back for long , too long long time! First time message left w/o response! 2nd time call again and being said that Technician for Car Department was sick, E.R leave......., so what? Besat buy is suport to be having Substitute ones.....WHY NOT??

    I have had a Best Buy credit card for years now and had the mishap of my previous screen protector being useless and ruining my actual iPhone screen. Here I am visiting Best Buy to seek help, had my phone paid off for quite sometime and then no Apple care of course. The decision of $350 screen replacement versus new phone, well obviously not waste money on a rather old phone. Thanks to Max at Tulsa Hills for saving me in a hurry and making sure I had the best deals and extended coverage.
