a little bit pricey if you dont shop at best buy a lot not worth it. also doesnt give you a warning email when its about to charge for your renewal

Most of the larger items require delivery or installation which is either included or discounted with total tech support. We signed up when purchasing our new kitchen and by buying total tech support we actually saved several hundred dollars on installation services immediately at the time of purchase so adding total tech support actually made it cheaper. The protection on the items thats included could end up paying for itself too if any of my stuff goes bad. Not to mention all the free services they’re giving away in the car audio area. I cant figure out how they’re making any money off of it but hey it saves me a lot of money so more power to them. If making any large purchases it seems like a no brainer to me meaning that even if you dont have a brain, it just makes sense

This membership provides great services from great people. When I needed my pc fixed due to hardware failure I was able to check it in get a rough estimate of the cost and then later on I was shown the exact parts I needed. When I placed my order the parts even came early.

I do like the membership. A lot of benefits. Glad best buy is an hours drive away. If not I would be in trouble by spending my whole paycheck there.

I found the membership and Best Buy credit card description by the sales person to be fraudulent and misleading and probably would have signed up for neither had I known I would not get a true 10% discount on my purchase rather than some gift points with a deadline which I'll probably never use.
