    Buyers beware! I was very disappointed that Total Tech Support would not install my new television that I purchased. I was later told that I was supposed to have specifically requested the installation at the moment of my online purchase. However, I never saw the option to request this service. I suggest for people to make their purchase and request the installation service in-store if they want a chance at receiving this benefit offered by Total Tech Support. As for me, I am out of luck. Oh well...

    This product was slow and kept asking for full disk access. I had to click on the icon to send the notice away every time I used my computer. I tried to give it disk access many times but it never worked. I have used many other antivirus products over the years and they are all better.

    The membership is pretty decent. I purchase the totaltech membership so I can have access to exclusive products such as the PS5 and Xbox X console. Though I wish there would be more products exclusively for totaltech members, it has reduce the competition/ Otherwise, the customer service are great depending on the representative you get. Some are bad and some decent.

    It's not the most useful in my experience so far. The plan costs allot for not much use and the automatic renewal caused a bit of a scare for me. I'm hoping to see more use from it now that I know about it and potentially repair my PC.

    I never pay for warranties or extended warranties but having the totaltech membership made me realize how important it is to have them. This has saved me on multiple occasions and am so glad they offer this to best buy members. With the total tech membership I don't need to buy extended warranties because it covers all my purchases anyways. Seriously, you are ripping off bestbuy when you purchase this. You will save a lot more in the long run and cover your butt when your electronics malfunction (and they WILL) nothing is made high quality anymore.

    Got this before they made the change to current format. It made sense as I was buying appliances and offered free shipping but beyond that didn’t see much use. The benefit that is touted is an extended return policy??? Basically reduced a standard policy to start charging for it? Instead of trying to compete against the convenience of online shopping and returns this approach does the opposite. The current revised one offers even less benefits and have heard several employees tell lies to try and sell this to customers. Don’t fall for it.

    I'm a My Best Buy Total™ member and had extended my coverage before it expired. The agent misunderstood the reason for my call to inquire about their extended warranty options on my appliances and other devices and canceled my plan without my authorization. After numerous calls and in-person store visits, they refuse to take accountability for their error. One online agent who could not assist me said to go to the store to request additional assistance. Another online agent just informed me that I was given the incorrect information.

    I will be totally and truly honest. I am an old lady, but I have been keeping up pretty well with high tech vocabulary, the latter which changes into fad words every day by the hour. I am a university graduate with my emphasis on studio art. I don't expect you to understand the principles of the Faux artists. You should not act arrogantly towards me if I am stuck, not necessarily following the rules, but because things were not listed properly on your end. Between the bank, some of my major accounts and my own time, I have to spend 2-4 hrs daily to change my password, to listen carefully because all changed etc. My so organized password book and name book of he same companies has become a wilderness! This bureaucracy cannot be continued. It drives all of us crazy. I don't need to know 100+ definitions of soup. Nor do I need to know whether I want the recipe hot, cold or in the middle and certainly not sitting, standing up, or lying on the floor eating it.

    Purchased specifically to be able to participate in a GPU drop event, paid 15 minutes before drop happened, but membership didn't activate until over 24hrs later. Support was unable to either manually activate, or cancel, until the membership activated on its own. I was also promised that it would activate before the end of the day (long after the drop would end anyway), but it still didn't activate until mid next day. Some people seem to get some use out of it for some of the tech support, but if you're buying it to get past the random limited-item paywalls, beware of the possibility of delayed activation (*on a digital membership*, no less).

    I moved into my new lake house and another house in my town. I was talked into the membership and it's worth it! They delivered washer/dryers at both houses - 4 new tv's and mounts. All delivery was free and mounting my TV's were no charge. They also re-mounted 2 other TV's at no charge. I did have a problem with the dryer and they replaced it immediately. Fantastic Service

    Buying everything from BestBuy and having this Total Care is the best peace of mind ever! Just bought a new laptop, and a Protection Plan for it came with my TotalTech for free! Best Buy always got a bad rap for being pricy, but there prices are super competetive and good, so idk where those rumors came from. And I'll tell you what, if you get that laptop that you bought from Amazon wet, then they may replace it, but they ain't gonna get your data off your hard drive and/or fix it in time for whatever you need it for.

    This is awesome if you buy appliances free installation service with good quality service have a appliances discount i notice it when you check the price online they give you $100 discount in any appliances when you have this total tech membership so that was a good deal when your buying a lot of appliances specially if you got a new house and need a lot of new appliances , bestbuy service and product was the best … super aswesome service and product that you cant find in any home appliances store. Bestbuy was the super good deal!!!

    Get the warranty AND the Geeks!

    If you are going to get anything installed, or need on-site repairs; you are crazy not to buy the totaltech package. After pricing a backup camera and a new in-dash deck, the installation was going to be more than the membership. Combine that with the 24 months of product coverage, only those that are brain dead would tackle these projects with this offer exists... not having to install this (though I've done many) and get more warranty (you never know if you might need it) do yourself a favor and let the "Geeks" do it.

    Total Tech Service with GEEK Squad

    Just enrolled in Geek Squad's Total Tech Program with my Sony 65"A80J Oled TV which covered the installation and provided tech service for one year. I have been reaching out to them for questions as I continue to work with my TV with helpful service. I hope I won't need them for major breakdowns , but there is peace of mind with the one year of protection.

    Totaltech is good sometimes other times it's not. There's lots of fine print. If you're going to have something installed or delivered - TV hung, dishwasher, etc. you might as well get it because you're going to spend $200 anyway. I tried to have a car stereo installed however and it was a disaster.

    Fraud Charges Multiple Times - Scam Alert

    The service, if used, is okay. However, my set up has been a nightmare. Multiple calls to customer service, no one knowing what's going on, disconnected calls after waiting for 20 minutes and UNABLE to use my Total Tech membership for an additional week due to some issue with the system. After taking more than a week to resolve, now they've charged the full cost multiple times on my card. And guess what, every time I get an agent on the phone to discuss the call gets "accidentally" dropped and no one calls back. At this point, I've been charged 4 times for the Total Tech membership on my card and can't get anyone on the line to assist.

    I found no value in this and when you try to call them you sit on hold for hours just for them to tell you that you product isnt fixed by them and i have to cobtact the manufacturer
