I was fortunate enough to sign up for the plan that offers more services and I have taken advantage of it — had 2 squad members come out and install a new TV — they also move existing TV upstairs and verified that both were working to factory specs — also needed phone support for my Eason Printer and needed my laptop deep cleaned because a scammer— all taken care of at no additional charge and without any hastle — when renewed next year some of those services will no longer be included but the cost will go down some — very happy to have purchased this service — most item warranties also get extended to 24 months under this plan and members get special discounts

I wish i would have gotten this early when purchasing some of my other appliances. Would have saved more after paying for the membership. Adds peace at mind. Not having to pay extra every time. Just a flat rate, it pays for itself ten fold.

It’s mid so far . My rewards haven’t kicked in and I’ve purchased like two weeks ago … Best Buy phone customer service is not that great had an awful experience doing price match with their highest membership … still turned me down I had to go to the store …

I purchased this membership for the value per year plus all of the perks that come along with it. I haven't had to use it or make any claims yet, hopefully I don't have to. But if I do, I hope the process is smooth.

I didn't think I'd need this, but found it to be a good thing. New purchases get covered and there are other perks.

I like the fact that I have access to tech support when I need it although the timeliness and breadth of that support hasn't quite lived up to my expectations.

This membership saved me time and money with the compatibility check and installation of a few hardware pieces in my computer.

i had the membership for almost 1 year, barely used it except for the initial reason i got it (to fix my laptop which was having some screen/ram issues) they didn’t fix it because im not sure they knew how? anyhow, i totally feel like it was a waste of money for me personally since im not so damage prone when it comes to my devices and the laptop was kind of a one off so i shouldn’t have let them talk me into getting a full year of that. I will say, if you have a large family or multiple people you can share this with who are very accident prone with their devices, or just need some extra protection JUST IN CASE, get it. it’ll definitely be worth it for you. especially if it’s not a lot of serious issues. I might opt for getting it some other time if i think i might ABSOLUTELY need it, but I doubt it.

I have found this membership to be very useful when addressing issues on my laptop. The Geek Squad also came out to help set up my new printer. One thing I did not like was paying in advance with a card for a service not yet provided when scheduling a time to set up the printer. This is something that should be done at the time of service.
