I like the geek squad as a mean for helping with reoaur and resilce issues however I did not like how best but remove some of the great benefit such as free installation and delivery and started charging medmbers with benefits that was promised to be free. Not honesty

This my 2nd year with Total Tech. At first, I was a little bit skeptical on getting the membership. Now I can say it came in handy. I bought appliances & got free delivery & installation; old appliances were removed & free Tech support all year round. Good to use for laptops or Tablets if You have any issues with software or any technical problems. So far, so good!

This Totaltech membership truly paid off recently. I changed the toner in my laser printer, and afterwards my computer refused to print anything. Apparently, the computer thought the printer was still not available. I called the Geek Squad, and the nice young man made my printer print! Yay!

It took a little bit longer but, everything was done swiftly when prompted, handled with care, and worth the Annual payment. Some of the Weekly membership discounts be great and shipping is the absolute best (2 days FREE shipping). Great Service (Avoid around Big Big holiday times)

I have never had a yearly Geek Squad service contract but decided to try it since I have an iPhone, an Iwatch , an iPad mini, and an iPad full size. All have screen protectors, except watch, and covers. I need to be able to have any future issues covered

The Geek squad is great. I feel like getting in touch with my local store is worse than pulling teeth, but once I get an appointment and get to the store, they are great. It's very expensive even yet with lots of frustration.

I enjoy this protection throughout the year. I don't have to worry about the Hassel of returning a product of needing help with how to use a product. I just walking and someone is always ready to assist me with whatever the problem is. It's fast and convenient and no time is wasted on getting service.
