    I would definitely recommend this membership due to the deals that comes with it. I’ve had this membership for a year and have use it to fix other devices purchased at BB. It’s an awesome deal to have.

    Disappointed in general and not worth the expense

    So I chose the service when I first started installing a ring security system in my house. The first installation was great The tech did everything correctly that I wanted and I told him I'd be using them again to finish off the security system at a later date. When that later date came I bought everything and scheduled everything so all the pieces would be available when they came out to do the install. The tech came out and looks like they had a trainee which was fine I had no problems with that, I told the tech what I wanted and the locations and they got busy promptly. While they were working they told me I couldn't place certain items on The brick of the house I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and install the solar panels on the fascia boards of the roof as you can see from the pictures that doesn't look very professional with the screws protruding that far out I was disappointed with that fact along with the fact that they didn't put the cameras where I wanted because when I first installed a few months back the cameras were available to put on the brick like I wanted them for some reason they didn't do that this time around after all I paid for the specialized service that will also be rated here shortly The cameras were installed but I wasn't happy with it ultimately. I decided after this fact to go ahead and cancel the service it wasn't worth it to me.

    Purchased it then let it it expire……… dont be like me i had alot if items under the total tech warrenty and lost it bc work got slow and didnt feel like it was necessary to spend a couple of hundred bucks on something i thought i didnt need. Now alot of items that i have are defective and cant get replaced bc no warrenty.

    This membership is great to have when geek squad comes to my house to install my dennon receiver and hook it up.they came out to install ceilings speakers sonance for my surround sound 7.1 Dolby atmos.$179 for year is great purchase for geek squad as handyman install on all electronics.

    I used the total-tech service a lot this year, fixing printer, installing PC, TV, security camera. I didn’t have to pay any extra money but the one time membership fee. If I went to a different company, I was spending lots of $$$. I even recommended my relative who are not good at operating their PC. I would recommend to others.

    We are always satisfied with the expertise of those who assist us at Best Buy when we bring in questions or need help because some product we purchased doesn't seem to be working as we expected. The Tech group handles it all well. Occasionally the wait is more than we'd like but that's because they are popular.

    I wanted the membership for peace of mind for my laptop purchase but it's turned out to be very useful in other ways as well. I've bought several other expensive items because I knew I would get rewards, free delivery and installation, and haul-away. They knew what they were doing when they created this plan :-)

    If your are in the process of slowly upgrading your pc I recommend it it covers all parts you purchase plus free installation and programming the tech squad even made sure on parts purchased that it was tried and updates to pc itself was done. Covers anything bought in the store phones pc ect

    Total tech is a useful service with understanding yet helpful members of the community who ban together to help fix the issues and or problems that come your way. If your device needs replaced or fixed you can count on the knowledge and experience of these individuals to be there and take care of the issue!

    They helped with my computer and got the job done. Ir was a custom built gaming PC and they finished it within about three to four days. I am using it nearly two years later and it still works great

    Ryan went through everything in regards to my total tech purchase and he not only added the value of having it ! But also aided in my comfort of the purchase of total tech !     I wasn't aware that if I took my phone in for service, that it would be sent off somewhere for weeks. Which means I would be without a phone. They don't offer you a replacement phone for the time being. Had I know the repairs or diagnosis weren't done in house I would have not got it. Also, my other phone was stolen and I tried to use my total tech. I found out I didn't have the theft coverage because my phone wasn't expensive enough to them. Well, $300+ is expensive to me. I don't care if it cost $50 it still should have been covered under the plan!

    Holding out until see some use. As I am waiting on service of dishwasher schedule was 2 weeks out and then got cancelled / rescheduled. So we will see once I get dishwasher looked at how service is

    We've been members for a few years now and can really count on getting help when we need it. People are helpful most times they can figure out the issue and correct it, and if it's too complicated they will transfer the issue up the line.

    First impressions are everything and I had the unfortunate experience at the time of purchase to have an employee order (they didn’t have in stock) an item from the same store I was currently in. This led to me having to cancel the order online, wait for a refund and finally repurchase from another store myself. Generally the customer service is pretty great but I honestly can’t recommend this membership if these are the kind of mistakes they make on the day to day. Finally, another star is lost for the lack of theft and loss protection on their applecare and thats a dealbreaker and I wasn’t made aware of.

    The Totaltech membership more than paid for itself when purchasing 2 tvs with wall mounting installation included, which could have cost about $400. And the extended return period also comes in very handy as well. And also the free 2yrs Apple Care with Apple product purchases
