I so enjoyed meeting the Geek Squad team and learning of the valuable services available that i signed up for a membership.

This membership has true value. The reward certificates, the support, the quality of product and service is exceptional.

I was hesitant to purchase it but really happy I did since I have taken advantage of this a lot! This was an excellent purchase!

I have found this membership to be very useful when addressing issues on my laptop. The Geek Squad also came out to help set up my new printer. One thing I did not like was paying in advance with a card for a service not yet provided when scheduling a time to set up the printer. This is something that should be done at the time of service.

With over 100 technology devices the Best Buy Total saves me so much money with the device protection and support from the Geek Squad. 1000% Recommend

It’s mid so far . My rewards haven’t kicked in and I’ve purchased like two weeks ago … Best Buy phone customer service is not that great had an awful experience doing price match with their highest membership … still turned me down I had to go to the store …

I didn't think I'd need this, but found it to be a good thing. New purchases get covered and there are other perks.

This membership saved me time and money with the compatibility check and installation of a few hardware pieces in my computer.

This my 2nd year with Total Tech. At first, I was a little bit skeptical on getting the membership. Now I can say it came in handy. I bought appliances & got free delivery & installation; old appliances were removed & free Tech support all year round. Good to use for laptops or Tablets if You have any issues with software or any technical problems. So far, so good!

I have only had membership a few weeks but I am happy to have the benefits it provides.

I like the geek squad as a mean for helping with reoaur and resilce issues however I did not like how best but remove some of the great benefit such as free installation and delivery and started charging medmbers with benefits that was promised to be free. Not honesty

I consider my new membership to be a real value with many added Best Buy benefits.

The membership is valuable but too expensive. No guarantee it will be used all the time.

Love the fact that I can have any of my electronics serviced. 4 star rating is due to annual cost. Pricey.
