This service is great for member deals and pricing , automatically adds apple care and geek squad protection for your purchases at best buy and online with best buy , AND any geek squad services in any department you buy from! I really love the next day free shipping on certain items too! This replaced my amazon prime subscription and i havent regret it at all.

I found out the extended warranty I bought for a year, was on automatic renewal when it was over and best buy would have charged my card. I was in shock to learn this. I complained to customer service about this and I was never told this. I asked to change automatic renewal and they said the only way they could stop that was to cancel my plan. Unbelievable 2 months short of it ending and gave me a refund of $5. ? I am very upset what Best Buy did

Doesn't cover anything "geeksquad refurbished". Go try and find that in any of the TT T&C's. I have thoroughly searched and found nothing. So the only real way to know if an item is covered is if AFTER purchasing it shows up under your covered items. Bought a $2k+ drone only to find out my TT is literally worthless on it. Now they will only refund me $35 when I've only used my membership 3 months.

For the most part, I love my total tech. The main problem is getting someone to talk to that I can understand. I hate outsourcing. It is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone at the store. I used total tech to have 2 tvs and a printer installed and set up. Totally worth it, but phone support for anything sucks.

Buying this plan was great. It got me invited to a ps5 event and was able to purchase the God of War bundle. I had my doubts that i would get one but the proof is in the pudding. Being a member gets you invited to hard to get items event. This time it was the Playstation 5 bundle. I'm thankful i finally got one and Best Buy made it possible with Total Tech.

GEEK SQUAD ROCKS! I love Melanie in the Winchester, VA store . I could tell that she was looking out for me when I purchased my new phone & service. She suggested the Totaltech membership. I am NOT a techi at all! I am middle aged and probably use 1/2 of my phone functions! lol When I have an issue I go to Best Buy and I get the VIP treatment. WELL WORTH IT!!!

The store #427 in Frederick was FANTASTIC. Many thanks to Angie for her patience and support, Hamif for his complete professionalism and guidance, and a very heartfelt thanks to the Manager Aziz. Completely professional, knowledgeable staff who assisted me through a computer crisis. I am now a member and will remain so and will encourage everyone to support this store. Really cannot thank Aziz enough.

Be sure to read the fine print. I was extremely upset that the two year protection plans stopped the instant I did not renew. I assumed the protection plans i were granted when I was Total Tech Member thus were mine to keep as a perk when i paid for the service. Upon cancellation, Best Buy retroactively removed all my protection plans. Given the fact that this information was not readily apparent, i have given it one star. I have never had to read the fine print on any service before…. Given this fact then the conditions of this service are not clear. I will not be renewing or shopping at best buy

Absolutely would NEVER purchase again, spent a Fortune on a Cyber power PC with WINDOWS 11, black outs, freezes and so many issues while only have been used Maybe 10 times.. TO THIS DAY. Called with CONTINUOUS questions on what was going on and nobody helped or came to help. The advice i basically paid for was a JOKE and only provided by telephone apparently. They only should offer help where they are KNOWLEDGEABLE, maybe stick to gaming or wireless devices.

This membership was the worst mistake I have ever made! The sale tech talked a good talk but it didn’t and wasn’t worst the high cost and yes it can replace an item you bought after purchase but it will still cost you to fix it! Also the scam you to say that you can cancel anytime before ur renew date but then they charge you the renewal fee anyway even when you did cancel before the date and they say sorry this usually never happens!!!! Scam alert do not buy!!

Very helpful in switching us from current cable/internet compay to two separate companies (Quantum for cable and You Tube streaming). We save $100 a month. Service technician was very helpful sharing his own experience with various streaming options with us. He helped us set up fire/roku sticks on our older tvs/

I have 8 Grand Children. I gift them an Apple Computer product of their choice during their high school senior year. I figure it takes some time to get to know a new computer and by the time the kids get to college they are in great shape. Best Buy's Totaltech program gives me peace of mind knowing when my kids go off to school their technology is protected.

This membership is of great value if using the services regularly. It might be beneficial to have another option with fewer services for lesser price as that would benefit customers who may not use all the services and who do it less frequently.

When I upgraded my MacBook, I opted to sign up for Totaltech because of the automatic AppleCare+ perks and discounts on hardware purchases, and it's nice to get exclusive offers and additional discounts on sale items. The additional tech-support and additional perks are sure to help folks who may not be as tech-savvy, especially the Geek Squad services.

The Geek Squad has helped us out with ALL our purchases from Best Buy. Their scheduled visit appointments are prompt, and walk-ins are always greeted politely (with small wait times if there are a lot of appointments.) EVERY tech person has been very knowledgeable and helpful, with EVERY problem solved. The package covers ALL purchases you have made from Best Buy. HIGHLY recommend the Geeks to everyone!

This is the first time I've purchased the TotalTech but I will be purchasing this type of plan from now moving forward. The savings we have experienced on deliver and installation fees of our products is unreal. If the plan is to buy multiple appliances, TV's, security systems, etc., please buy this plan and save time and money (by not purchasing a separate plans for each item).

I’ve already saved about 400 dollars since purchasing in 2022, less than 2 months! The geeksquad was very customer oriented and are helpful. Not only that but the offers discounted you also can purchase new products from bear buy and gain the warranties for new purchases for absolutely free. Definitely a membership for all techies, electronic oriented consumers that need these gadgets every year!

So far I have only used this to have my amplifier installed and while this was supposed to be free I only received a$30 discount. I'm sure the tech will make it worth purchasing assuming I need it this year.

I ordered a large screen TV and a wall mount at a Best Buy store. The items were delivered to my house on time by two tech professionals. They relocated my old TV set and installed the new one to my satisfaction. All the high-qualty services were free of charge with my totaltech membership. It also provides free on-site survey, delivery and installation of other items. The membership is well worth the cost.

This is the best investment I have made all year. I had been a Total Tech Member for a number of years. The program underwent a revision and it was unclear what exactly was covered. Best Buy went back to their prior service plan and it has been a wonderful experience. Home visits; upgraded equipment; wonderful technicians. One of my better decisions all year.
