Great membership, I do miss the free installation on appliances and electronics but it was fun while it lasted. Otherwise having free 2 -year protection on everything is definitely a plus. It even offers discounts on repair for electronics not purchased at Bestbuy. One catch is you have to keep your membership active or you'll lose the benefits on covered items under the protection.

I enjoy this protection throughout the year. I don't have to worry about the Hassel of returning a product of needing help with how to use a product. I just walking and someone is always ready to assist me with whatever the problem is. It's fast and convenient and no time is wasted on getting service.

I have been a Best Buy Total Tech member for years. I'm very happy to have the services they provide, and I can't imagine being without this membership. I own a number of devices and questions arise. It brings me such peace of mind to call the Geek Squad and get an answer that I can trust. I think the best service is remote access to install a program or fix a problem. I have not experienced any problems with remote access and have built confidence permitting a Geek Squad member to access my computer. I rely on the Geek Squad quite a bit, plus this membership offers other valuable services, including warranty on items bought at Best Buy.

This membership is a must have! This gives me peace of mind on anything I buy through Best Buy. I plan to renew every year, it may seem pricey at first, but once something of yours is damaged you will thank yourself for making the investment due to the low cost to fix.

I had the Best Buy Membership for several years now, and the service and additional warranty protection is the reason I keep renewing. Electronics are pricy, and it's been my luck before adding the Membership to have some sort of problem shortly after the manufacturer's warranty has ended. I also feel the service I received in the Geek Squad area has been exceptional in both value and techical expertise.

The membership has already paid off. I purchased this when I bought my daughter a laptop. The same laptop went on sale 3 weeks later and no questions asked they refunded me the difference. Knowing the customer service is amazing, I will only buy my computer from them for now on.

The Geek squad is great. I feel like getting in touch with my local store is worse than pulling teeth, but once I get an appointment and get to the store, they are great. It's very expensive even yet with lots of frustration.

I bought multiple item form BB. With this plan I got 2 years warranty for the items. Service is very good. BB replaced my TV when it started fading on the bottom. No hassle replacement.

Since I bought my little laptop, I have gotten back into creating different projects. So being a member has allowed me to go and get repairs done corrections done on all the new things that I purchased. Thank you for having this program.
