The Total Tech Membership program has been really helpful in setting up my new home. I have been able to get free installation on all of my TV's, Soundbar & Smart Cameras throughout the house by GeekSquad. It helps getting discounts and complimentary extended warranties that I would otherwise usually pay for.

I think this is a scam. I was never told It was an annual membership that needed to be renewed. 199.00 annual fee. It’s a problem since it has been 1 year and I’ve decided to cancel but by doing so, I miss out on 1 year of apple care. Apple care under this membership is only good as long as your an active member. Your better off purchasing the apple care by itself for a 1 time fee of 199.00 for 24 months vs 199 every year…. There are around 53 “membership perks” that the average consumer would use maybe 1 times every 3-5 years. Don’t do it.

I did not use the geek squad feature, but I used the exclusive events. Even with TT, its almost impossible to buy the products in the events. The price makes this product not worth it for my needs.

I purchased this service because I purchase many electronics and other products through them and always get the protection plan. This is actually a lot cheaper than buying individual protection plans for the devices and electronics.

Waste of money...... I was extremely dissatisfied with all the additional coverage i bought to protect my $1000+ just to be told i had to pay an additional $100 deductible for a repair on a factory problem. Ended up just using factory warranty so i didn't have to pay them even more money!!!!

While the price was $200, there is a lot of value provided with the Total tech membership. Protection plans have been provided already to certain items with this service and chat services are quick to respond to any questions regarding items online. I have not used the other benefits yet like Geeksquad but I know I will use the membership to the fullest. Great value to those that can afford to become a member.

I’m liking Total Tech, my only issue is speaking with someone in the Terre Haute store or even the USA. Difficult to schedule when they don’t speak or understand clear English.

Was always on the fence about this, but decided to give it a shot. I was purchasing a couple of Apple products, and a single TotalTech membership would offer me AppleCare on both. I have since saved more than the membership cost on other items at the store with the TotalTech prices. If you shop Best Buy often for tech, this actually is worth your time and money.

This membership provides the allusion that you are a valuable customer to Best Buy, that will save you money with special offers and waived installation fees. Do not fall for it. Techs are friendly, however, will never actually address your concern. Instead it’s an endless cycle of probing questions to “understand your concern” despite having it documented in front of them. Escalations are not performed, and call backs are not completed. Spend your money elsewhere.

At first I was skeptical because of the price. Then, after two free shipping of large items, setup or an exercise bike, the extended device support, and support of all tech in my house....I realized how awesome it was. A good buy (a Best Buy?) if you are going to make more than one purchase or have multiple Best Buy products already. Also gives some extended support to non Best Buy products too!

What a great program.. one fee, 2 years and everything you buy is placed on that program. The cost savings are substantial and you don't do anything, just buy in the store or online and your new items are added to the program. What's not to like about this, laptops are $250 to $300 each for insurance on the old program.. I saved a bunch of money this Christmas on all the tech purchases and gifts.

I was purchasing a laptop, router and monitor at the time of this purchase. Where buying a warranty for each product would of cost me more. I have stayed away of purchasing products from BestBuy over the past few years because of the cost of the warranty. But now I have taken full advantage of it since getting it with purchasing 2 new TVS for bedrooms which is covered under the membership.

Adrian at the Knoxville Best Buy told me about TotalTech last year and I will be renewing every year! If you buy a lot of electronics - you need to get Best Buy's TotalTech! It'll save you money in the long run. It also comes with Webroot security for your computer, which I like better than McAfee. In my opinion Best Buy has the best in store warranty than anywhere else!

Service was great but very poorly coordinated - they arrived in the morning instead of the afternoon with no option from me to say no - is when they were there period. Not happy to have to scramble to run and be there for an installation. Then I got a notice at 7 pm that they were heading to deliver... ?

The Best Buy Totaltech membership is well worth the money. Especially, when you consider the monetary benefits you receive when you purchase other Best Buy products, i.e. a new LG dryer- which I had to recently do. Also, the Geek Squad personnel that I dealt with were friendly, did their job well and offered some suggested advice as to how to protect my computer in the future.

We have recently purchased a washer and dryer. The installation of the washer and dryer was excellent. The techs were professional, showed us how to use these newer High Efficiency appliance, and made sure that everything was working properly. They removed the packing material when they left. This was provided free through our total tech membership.

We choose to purchase a Total Tech membership when getting a new dishwasher. The cost of the membership was the same as installation on the dishwasher. Covered hauling old unit away and CC added an additional year warranty to our new unit. Since we have purchased new iPad and Apple Watch and now have AppleCare because of Total Tech. We are most satisfied with our purchase and would recommend.

As a "frequent flyer" of BestBuy, I have found totaltech to be a fantastic value. Not only do I get piece-of-mind that all my purchases are covered, but I have also saved money along the way. As the "tech" in the family, I am often buying items for friends and family, being able to buy these items with protection and sometimes at a savings has been fantastic.

My membership was cancelled after online bestbuy agent mixed my account up with someone else’s. All my coverages were cancelled. I spent thousands of dollars . Over 10k and my protections and membership were canceled almost two weeks ago and no one has helped fix this for me still. I’ve talked to ten different agents. Been hung up on and disconnected after sitting on hold and being transferred around

I first thought I wouldn't like this service because I kinda felt I was forced into buying it so I can buy the new 30 series gpus but man it actually feels great having that free 2 years worth of protection for most purchases. There are other benefits but I think the extra piece of mind is worth it. Definitely going to have to start buying my products from bestbuy to take advantage of this.
