    To much if you dont use it a year. Up to anyone I just think 200.00 a year is a little much when you don't need to use it.

    At first it was great, later it went downhill. It says that “No matter where you buy it, you can be covered” that’s a lie. You’re only covered if you buy their products and only their products. I was told from one of their employees that I can buy total tech and use it for my other PC, luckily I didn’t purchase it, otherwise I would’ve been stuck with $200 worth of nothing. They need to update their website and tell their employees not to lie to customers. Just be careful what you buy. It’s worth it, but ask questions. If they get mad who cares.

    This seems like a great deal. We had an issue with our TV over a weekend and were less Than satisfied with the ability to contact someone for assistance. Follow thru failed and we ended up driving 2hrs to replace the TV ourselves. Communication and appointments were totally confused.

    Get AppleCare from Apple

    Cancel and lose your apple coverage. The contract said Best Buy could allow you to cover your device at their discretion upon cancellation. They refused so now I have 5 devices that are less than one year old that aren’t covered. Apple support says this is all thru Best Buy and they can’t help. Customer service was horrible and not helpful at all.

    This membership give you a lot of good perks! Free delivery & set up, free Geek Squad, discounts, & some exclusive drops! I just wish there would be more exclusive pricing & something like an exclusive graphic cards release. Other than that, excellent buy.

    This is an outstanding program. There are so many things included and I'm sure I don't even know all of them. It covers extra warranty on your purchases, home delivery, installation, programming, taking away old item, automatically covers other purchases, gives priority to members calling for questions, etc.

    you call for a problem and you geet transferred 4 times and end up inthe same place you started. really could do it with the first the first one i was with insterad of wasting 15 min of my time

    His membership has been in very helpful and we have used it so far too review and repair a laptop; convert android data to an iPhone and just recently called the tech-support who is able to correct the issue over the phone. I plan to bring my laptop in shortly for review also. Given the unlimited availability versus the cost for each individual service, this contract is a beneficial purchase.

    Im conflicted upon writing this review simply because this membership has the potential to be great but is stunted due to not holding up to their promises of exclusive access for GPUs,Ps5s,and Xbox. The vast services they offer are great if thats what you're looking for but ultimately i bought this hoping to get Exclusive access to things which they have yet to do. And on topnof that most of their "Total Tech discounts" are listed as the same amount as other retailers.

Thus far this experience has been a nightmare. I paid for the Totaltech service and I feel like I've been scammed. The third party company they sent made the excuse that they couldn't install my cameras due to wifi connections but he didn't even try. Then he didn't have the tools to install my Ring doorbell correctly so he drilled holes in my door to install it and it's falling off. I've been trying to get someone else to come and install the items correctly for weeks but I keep getting the run around. I've been told on more than 1 occasion that a supervisor will contact me but I never receive a call back. I've been put on hold for 45 minutes only to have the phone disconnected. This is the worse experience I have had and thus far the Totaltech service has been a nightmare and NOT a service AT ALL.

    Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this service. 3 weeks so far and still waiting for a repair technician. Customer service is good but nothing have been resolved yet.

    This membership was not particularly helpful, constantly had issues with Best Buy customer service. Some still unresolved. It is only worth it if you buy lots of apple products for the AppleCare +

    Total Tech paid for itself when I got my OLED TV, Sonos Beam Gen 2 and LG 4K DVD delivered and hooked up for no additional charge. The true bonus was the extended price protection of 60 days. My TV dropped in price 3 times during that period and 3 times my payment method was credited! Total Tech Rocks!

    The geek squad did a great job getting all my information from my old computer onto my new one. I did have to call Intuit And get support for setting up QuickBooks because we could not accomplish it at Best buy because I did not have my old information.

    This membership might be the best thing I’ve purchased this year. With moving into a new home, I’ve made numerous major purchases from Best Buy and this membership has offered free installation and delivery on all of them. It also offers special purchase opportunities for limited game consoles and other products. I am so happy I purchased this and will definitely renew my membership next year.

    Total tech useful when buying large appliances

    Total tech membership does all the work for you, all you do is buy and work out a date of delivery and they'll take care of the rest. They'll even haul away any old appliances that you're replacing, without any extra cost, because its included in the total tech membership. Couple hundred bucks gets you a whole year so plan accordingly.

    I purchased this to get help with the new tv, features and connection . Unfortunately they were in such a rush to just hang it on existing mount and tole me the tv remote is complicated and to just use my Roku

    Needed help several times with a new HP printer which had its problems. Agents answer the phone, speak decent but not always native EngIsh. They were helpful when needed. One had to to come to my house to help. The scheduIng program says thu arrive between 7. and 12, but the agent said 8 or later is actually the first visit they do Ually T
