This is a great membership. I had issues with my old laptop and was able to get labor for free and a part replaced for just the price of the part. Without the membership, it would've been almost $300. The membership is $180, so that a deal to me. I also was able to get my new laptop on sale under the membership and different accessories are always cheaper if you have a membership. 10/10, highly recommend.

I purchased a new iPad for my wife. I added the Best Buy Total program because we needed assistance transferring pictures from her old iPad which was out of date. The benefits of having this program almost paid for itself if one purchased the individual items separately. We are thinking about upgrading our desktop computer in the future and this would be beneficial as well. My wife is hoping to get individual lessons on her new iPad so she can feel confident as we are seniors.

I got this with the purchase of my new laptop, I have already used the service and now we bought our daughter a laptop and it covers that!

Based on my last service request, I do not think a membership has any value. No COMMUNICATION for almost three weeks and only excuse after excuse I get every week I went to the store to get information on the status of my unacceptable service. I also filed an unsatisfactory service to the company and still no one has contacted me. Membership HAS No VALUE.
