The membership is so worth it. Did not have to think twice about it. The GeekSquad is amazing. Very helpful and patient.

This membership was recommended when purchasing 2 mobile phones. The discounts paid the membership itself. Now I have full coverage for phones but many other hardware I have purchased (Eero 6+, Printer, others), and service & maintenance is covered (fortunately, products have been working well). Big benefit are members only discounts, which in my opinion, pay the membership every year. So......Good value and insurance.

This membership is great! The ease of use and helpfullness of the employee whemever i need to bring my computer in. They also were able to recomend prodicts to make the computer run better. It really saves time and money.

I have never been so satisfied with a warranty program as the Best Buy Total membership. Besides the extended warranty and free help desk, it also includes 2 years of Apple Care if you buy your Iphone there. That alone covers the cost of the program. Also, I recently saved over $200 on a sound bar purchase just for having the membership

I purchased this when my bank account was being hacked since I do online banking. Geek Squad evidently got rid of the malicious program put on my electronics by a hacker because for the full year of service I haven't had anymore problems

This is a great thing to have I am a little confused about having a 2 year warranty but it cost $180 every year?

It is good to have a membership to help with repairs to laptops.
