I do not use this service very often but BestBuy Service Contract is a great value. Wait time for scheduling service is multiple days after request. The technicians, for the most part, are knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.

Good membership so far. I got this when I bought two HDTV's which means Geek Squad installed them for free! That paid for the first year of the membership so far. This also extends your return and price match window which I was able to use to apply some bonus certificates that I was waiting to get and got a refund when the price dropped on one of the TV's! Thank you!

The technicians were all polite and helpful. I was NEVER made to feel I was stupid because I knew so little about I pads. Clerks and techs all helpful, kind and polite explaining to individuals who look at computers as a foreign language.

TotalTech sucks a big one. They are always at least two weeks out on service. It's limited warranty even though they sell is as total coverage. They charge a service fee to come out even though you are paying a subscription. Each Item you buy has different terms, so it hard to know what you are actually paying for. Overall it sucks.

Fabulous service! I am so grateful I bought it. Geek Squad has assisted me over and over with great patience and care. When my new computer turned out to be not quite right for me, they found me one that is better. My data was downloaded twice! computer digitally cleaned once, and printer set up in my own home. What a service! and it lasts all year!!

I would recommend this because of the genius tech, Jeremy. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed all of our products. He explained how our devices worked, completed in a timely manner and is an asset to your organization. Others at my local store were not as accommodating. The rep that scheduled my visit online was also very competent.

Absolutely waste of money! No one even picks up the phone when you call them for support. I have been on hold for over 50 minutes multiple times and still no meaningful help. To the point that I had to personally drive up to the store to get their attention. Best Buy is on a decline!!

Totally happy with the great TV wall mount installation by the GEEK squad. They arrived early and had the TV, wall mount and the hidden cable installation completed within one hour and still had time to answer a few questions regarding the set up on my TV. I'm sorry I don't recall the names of the two techs, but they were great.

Best Buy will work on all your computers. So when I purchased a new one from them then they had my back. They took all the old info off of my old pc and then reset my old computer so that my 8 year old could have a computer of his own. Tech support even came out to set up our printer to be a printer for all of our devices! Super handy.

This is an awesome service and has been worth every penny I spent to join. The Total Tech team (Geek Squad) 'cleaned' my computer after it was hacked. They also placed valuable items on my backup drive and in the cloud and transferred this data to my new Mac mini. I could not be more pleased with the service both in store and on the phone .

Well worth the cost. Damaged tv was replaced quickly and my speaker system and tv were installed together. Manage Igor of Richfield store was the quarterback of the effort. Only 4 stars because my concierge team was hopeless

this program, at a cost of $200. has been a very frustrating experience. I have made numerous visits, with appointments, required, to get messes created straightened out. Still not working properly.

Have already used our TotalTech subscription to have our tv, range, and over range microwave installed. All agents/technicians that came out to do the installs were quick and professional. Our 85 inch TV was wall mounted with cables hidden behind the wall. It came out amazing! So far I already feel we got our monies worth

I was told that this membership would cover all my electronics then was told they wouldn’t work on my Nintendo switch now I feel as if I was lied to to obtain the purchase on this membership

So ive never been a fan of buying extended warranties for anything other than a vehicle or a really high ticket item but when this package was sold to me there is no way that i could refuse it. It covers everything for all of my electronics...and let's face it, these days we buy a LOT of electronics! This package is just the way to go for protection and i cant recommend it enough!

not really worth it. doesnt come out or answer any calls. very difficult to get to "the right team" that handles certain issues.

Lots of value in this even though it's a bit pricey. I only utilized the free install for a system in my vehicle but I feel like even for just that it is worth it.

Totaltech membership has great benefits. I especially love the GeekSquad benefits that include , but are in no way limited to, the GS will attempt to fix ANY device u have- whether older or newer, no matter the brand nor place of purchase. This is a great value to me. thanks Best Buy & Geek Squad for partnering to bring the consumer the best value for their purchase!

I guess I misunderstood the sales person at Best Buy but they told me every product that I bought under total tech was covered yes but I didn’t think that I had to add my iPhone to get AppleCare plus at the time

Geek Squad delivered 65" tv, hung it on the wall and did all the settings. Obviously they knew what they were doing because everything went in nice and smooth with nothing getting damaged and everything worked as it should have. Because of me getting up there in age I can no longer do these things myself. Well worth the money!
