Service Contract

Wait time for scheduling service is multiple days after request. The technicians, for the most part, are knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.

Nice Membership

I got this when I bought two HDTV's which means Geek Squad installed them for free! That paid for the first year of the membership so far. This also extends your return and price match window which I was able to use to apply some bonus certificates that I was waiting to get and got a refund when the price dropped on one of the TV's! Thank you!

Tech Support is Vital

I was NEVER made to feel I was stupid because I knew so little about I pads. Clerks and techs all helpful, kind and polite explaining to individuals who look at computers as a foreign language.

TotalTech Blows.

It's limited warranty even though they sell is as total coverage. They charge a service fee to come out even though you are paying a subscription. Each Item you buy has different terms, so it hard to know what you are actually paying for. Overall it sucks.

Best Best buy ever!

Geek Squad has assisted me over and over with great patience and care. When my new computer turned out to be not quite right for me, they found me one that is better. My data was downloaded twice! computer digitally cleaned once, and printer set up in my own home. What a service! and it lasts all year!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed all of our products. He explained how our devices worked, completed in a timely manner and is an asset to your organization. Others at my local store were not as accommodating. The rep that scheduled my visit online was also very competent.

Best Buy is on a decline!

I have been on hold for over 50 minutes multiple times and still no meaningful help. To the point that I had to personally drive up to the store to get their attention. Best Buy is on a decline!!

Happy with the GEEKS

They arrived early and had the TV, wall mount and the hidden cable installation completed within one hour and still had time to answer a few questions regarding the set up on my TV. I'm sorry I don't recall the names of the two techs, but they were great.

Worth it!

So when I purchased a new one from them then they had my back. They took all the old info off of my old pc and then reset my old computer so that my 8 year old could have a computer of his own. Tech support even came out to set up our printer to be a printer for all of our devices! Super handy.

Outstanding purchase

The Total Tech team (Geek Squad) 'cleaned' my computer after it was hacked. They also placed valuable items on my backup drive and in the cloud and transferred this data to my new Mac mini. I could not be more pleased with the service both in store and on the phone .

Total Tech is worth the money

Damaged tv was replaced quickly and my speaker system and tv were installed together. Manage Igor of Richfield store was the quarterback of the effort. Only 4 stars because my concierge team was hopeless

All agents/technicians that came out to do the installs were quick and professional. Our 85 inch TV was wall mounted with cables hidden behind the wall. It came out amazing! So far I already feel we got our monies worth

Just wow!

It covers everything for all of my electronics...and let's face it, these days we buy a LOT of electronics! This package is just the way to go for protection and i cant recommend it enough!

Good as it gets!

Obviously they knew what they were doing because everything went in nice and smooth with nothing getting damaged and everything worked as it should have. Because of me getting up there in age I can no longer do these things myself. Well worth the money!
