I cancelled my total protect as a friend advise me it was not worth it. BIG Mistake! I lost all my warrenties for my previous purchases. And I buy all my devices & appliances from BEST BUY! Within 2 months of my cancellation, I purchaed it again! There is nothing like the peace of mind and haggle free repairs and replacements that this program provides! ❤️ It is a must have!!!

My phone was hacked and my desktop went down at the same time. Both were fixed quickly. My phone and PC have worked flawlessly since bringing them home. BTW, they carried my desktop out to my car. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional and I paid nothing. My membership covered it all.

Having the yearly membership is 100 percent worth it, you get all the rewards you need!

I really like the Best Buy Total Membership because it includes protection plans that give me peace of mind. It covers my devices in case something goes wrong, and the support has been helpful and easy to access. Definitely worth it for the extra security.

I'm honestly a big fan of the My Best Buy Total membership. You get exclusive member deals and prices on most products, and included with the majority of products is 24 months of protection. Also, if you have the credit card, you get financing plan options which is so helpful. This certainly isn't cheap, but it certainly feels like a bargain!
