    Regretful that I purchased Total Tech Membership.

    Will not buy Total Tech Membership again. It is completely mismanaged, disorganized, and not worth the savings you think you are getting for free delivery and installation. Sometimes where you think you save, actually costs you more in time and frustration. The Total Tech Membership is exactly this situation. I've made several large purchases thru Best Buy and every one of these purchases have had issues. In sum, i purchased a TV on November 2021, and it was finally delivered and installed Feb 15th, 2022. I purchases a treadmill, 30 min before the delivery end time, i received a text that it could not be delivered because the delivery person did not have help to carry it to my second floor. Ordered a washer, it was left in the middle of my home hallway because they were not able to connect the hose and complete setup because i have pvc component on my pipe. Ordered a tv mount, Best Buy said they tried to deliver but that i was not home and cancelled the order. I was actually home all day and i confirmed with the gate that Best Buy never arrived at the gate. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with one Best Buy representative after another trying to resolve that issue. All in all, i've spent hours on both chat and the phone with Best Buy, and even more time face-to-face in the stores trying to get my orders corrected and delivered. In all cases, still the final delivery was had problems. I have had NO deliveries that went smoothly. All in all, after the 1st year of total tech membership is expired, I will return to purchasing at Amazon, Home Depot, Rosners, etc. because they are more reliable, timely, and professional. They follow thru on exactly what they say they are going to do and when and i do not need to wonder if and when i will get my purchases delivered to my home. And also, most of these other companies do not charge delivery costs and are happy to install to maintain your business. I am truly disappointed that I spent $200 on the total tech membership just to find that I have to fight to get what i purchase actually delivered and delivered in the right way. I am also very very doubtful that if i were to use the insurance they offer with the membership that i would be able to get thru that process without significant hassle. I would not recommend getting this membership as what is advertised is not meeting the standards they promised.

    My laptop took a long time to be fixed but broke down a few days later. Furthermore although I had made an appointment for my laptop to be fixed I waited an hour and a half until the geeek squad sawme!@! I am requesting a stop to this membership I refuse to pay for a useless membership.

    My daughter was always a Geek Squad customer. When she died, she had facial recognition on her computer. I needed to get into her tax records. No problem for your Geek Squad! They figured it out and I got access to her records so I could submit her last taxes. I will always be a Geek Squad customer. They solve all the tech problems.

    Bose surround speaker wall mount

    Purchased a Bose 900 sound bar AND surround speakers! You think the sales / in store assistant would mention that you need to purchase the mounting braket atly! NO MENTION og that! Geek Squad, $199 per year, came out to install, no brakets! Ordered on line as no Best Buy In Northern Illinois had them in stock! Sound bar and speakers, but no mounting brackets! Arrived a week later AND only 1 bracket, fricking speakers are sold as a pair! Bose only included directions for 300 and 600 sound bar!

    Better Option that Insurance on Two Cell Phones

    Just added this as an option instead of carrying the full protection plan on the two phones we have (save a few bucks a year this way). I've not had to uses it and hope I don't need to. However, I've had good experiences with BestBuy tech support, GeekSquad and customer service, so I expect this will be just fine.

    The Totaltech membership has been utterly disappointing. I had a TV installation scheduled 7 times with no installation yet. Continued appointments followed by a no-show or last minute cancellations. This has been going on since 11/22/22 and today is 1/14/2023. Unbelievable from a major company like Best Buy.!

    I purchased this membership plan when I purchased a dryer and had it installed by Best Buy. It’s nice to have a little extra coverage in case something goes wrong with it. Not sure how much use it will get, I guess we will see.

    I was excited to hear about this amazing program. I'm always impressed with this Best Buy location. The store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady named Audrey who checked me out and explained totaltech to me was exemplary. I will continue to shop at this store!

    Totaltech was a great buy knowing we were going to replace a couple appliances this year. Allowed us to get all delivery costs covered. Also like the free shipping, in fact some of the smaller things we purchased were delivered same day! The special phone and chat features for members is another great benefit.

    I'm loving Totaltech as a new homeowner. This program is a no-brainer as I'm updating my electronics and appliances. I only worry about the warranties next year or the year after. I know they are only active if you're a member but at some point I will have to cancel my membership and I don't want to be left hanging with no coverage for some pretty big items.

    I purchased since was was buying several TVs and wanted them mounted. I was originally going to have a friend or hire someone so the service can in handed. In addition, my computer crashed and was able to use Total tech to have it checked and data backed up. I am already gotten my monies worth. I may renew if I have other items to purchase once it expires.

    This is great value for the money. Apple Care for every Apple Product you buy... amazing. This is a smart move on Best Buy's part as I now purchase all my electronics from Best Buy just so that they're covered under warranty. Lets hope they roll out other perks like first access to new product releases that are hard to come by, like consoles, graphics cards, etc.

    I like this membership. it now allows for a Geek to come out and trouble shoot what I need. After purchasing the items through BestBuy they come out and install it for free if necessary. My TV Streaming does not buffer now and I should have WIFI service to my outside shop when when installed to my computer anf TV there. Very knowledgeable. Great program.

    This is a service that I really need, given that I am trying to function in a digital with an analog brain. I have kept Total tech for several years now and am very happy with their service. When I have any problem with my tech I just call the Geeks and I can continue with my life !!

    So glad I got this membership! One of the techs helped me set up my email before I left the store on my new MacBook Air. The day after I bought this plan and the computer I already needed more tech assistance and I’m so glad I have the plan! It includes AppleCare and tech-support on all my Apple products. Great service!

    After considering the hassle of dealing with returns when electronic devices fail, or having to listen to elevator music for 45 minutes before being able to speak with a tech person this program will be of great value to me. Since the majority of our devices are purchased from Best Buy it just makes sense.

    This membership is an excellent purchase because it covers Apple Care+ for 2 years on top of the other Best Buy benefits that come with it! I never buy warranties from any place and this offered so many services that I bought it on the spot. I highly recommend this. Believe it!

    A great value for new home owners buying new appliances. I saved over 300.00 on installation services on my first order. The new thermostat I'm about to order will save me 125.00 on installation. Add on the 2 year warranty and you just have to agree it's a good deal!

    Bought my housebound husband a new iPad pro for his birthday and needed to transfer all his old data and games to it from a very old first generation one. Adrianna was wonderful in setting the new one up and saved all his games. He is extremely happy. Also nice to have another year of protection. Hopefully won't be needed.

    Great Value for customers but you need to include Graphics cards and Xbox Series X under the umbrella of TT. This way if customers use it to get a graphics card then cancel. They get charged half the cost. allowing one per account.
