After my laptop accidentally fell, it got a dent in the upper right corner of the screen. I only had my laptop for two weeks when it happened. I took it to BestBuy and since I had purchased the Total Membership alongside the laptop. They easily exchanged it for a new one. It was quick and easy. The staff were super nice and helpful about it too.

This membership has been a great value! Between the discount when we purchased our appliances and the comfort knowing the protections we have in place if anything happens… Needless to say, it’s well worth the cost!

It offers low cost trustworthy membership and has added benefits plus there's a wide range of products available in the store for the needs of customers and an iPhone screen repair service in the store. Remote access also allows customers to get their computer fixed at home , instead of bringing it to the store.

I don't know what I'd do if I didn't this service. I love being able to call the Geek Squad whenever I have a question or problem with any of my equipment. The perks of the program are so worth it. I’ve had this for two or three years now and consider it money very well spent. From free installation of a new under cabinet microwave to Geek squad help with computer issues to installation problems with an Orbi, there’s always something going on and having easy access to these resources is invaluable. Highly recommended
