This membership is the best purchase I made a year. I originally got it to help me set up my new laptop. But I have used it many times. They delivered and wall mounted my new tv and sound bar. Also they provide 2 years of insurance on every new product purchased.

When my Mac suffered the Blue Screen Of Death, these folks transferred my data and set up the MiniMac for me. While trying to get the new printer hooked up, somehow the keyboard got locked out. 10 minutes in line at the store, 10 minutes later it was fixed. Downside was a new TV followed me home.

Justin from geek squad did a fantastic job installing my merchandise was super knowledgeable of everything tech. Thanks for sending such a great installer and support tech. Will tell my friends and family to go to Best Buy and purchase total tech care

I was very satisfied with the tech support I received in the store when I purchased my new iPad Pro. The tech installed all of the software I purchased. He also set up my email accounts and pulled in my apps that were saved in the cloud by my old PC. The tech was very polite and so helpful.

The membership is great value if you are constantly buying new gadgets, Best buy team helps with installation and instructions. However, for more complex computer issues is not the best.

Unlimited Geek Squad help is Fabulous! They were able to fix my cell at the counter twice, my Acer windows 8, install web root, & Microsoft over the internet. They have saved me in the middle of the night when my work was frozen, increased speed, and checked for viruses on line or over the phone.

The TotalTech membership pays on Day 1. I had my computer responding very slowly and it is used for my business. It generates revenue! Upon calling Totaltech, they scheduled a visit from the Geek Squad and the gentleman came the next day and took care of the issues. This will be my to go program for any support!

I have yet to use any of the primary features of total tech but I could see the coverage for a repeat customer paying for it self quickly. I was happy to secure a Founder's Edition card through an online total tech event after trying without the event access for months. The membership does feel a bit pricey off the bat but again I could see it being worth it quickly for repeat customers.

Geek Squad Total Tech is awesome! We have had the Total Tech Geek Squad come out to our house seceral times. They set up our 2 new Sony Smart Tv's and taught us how to use them. They came to our house to complete a computor tune up. They set up our WiFi and sinked all of our electronics to it.

Just after we bought the Totaltech plan for an repair and update on our old laptop, our over-the-range microwave bit the dust. Not only did I get an update and repair on my old computer, they removed my broken microwave and beautifully installed the new one. Free take away and install on the microwave. We are very happy.

This was not explained to me properly by the first rep and he signed me up for it. I saw a charge on my cc and called back and had them cancel it because I already have extended warranties on all Best Buy purchases. Only worth it for those who have don’t wish to purchase extended warranty.

This membership is one of the best purchases I have ever made. My computer skills are rather poor, and having the Totaltech membership is a great help to me. They offer all kinds of training by appointment which is incredible. They even come to your house if necessary. I am completely satisfied!

You will not regret buying Totaltech Membership. I was not aware of all of the savings that came with it. Pleasantly surprised. It paid for itself within the first month.

Honestly not sure what the purpose of this is but every time I ask a question on anything it gets answered right away so that is nice. The 24 months protection is pretty cool also.

I bought this because I shop at Best Buy and shop on the Best Buy app. I feel so much better having the free 2 year Best Buy warranties on everything I buy and so much more including the free Apple Care on the Apple devices. It gives me a lot more confidence in my purchases knowing Best Buy has my back.

Not satisfied at all, dropped my computer off on a Friday for a simple diagnosis and didn't receive any updates until Monday (the update was that it was ready for pickup). They didn't run a diagnosis on my computer after installing the new power supply because they were too backed up with other computers. Not to mention they sent home my computer with a new BIOS version that isn't compatible with my CPU, and there was no boot option available for my 1TB ssd.

Eric at BestBuy in Dover, DE location was very helpful in assisting with our 65" LG Nano TV selection. Purchasing the TotalTech allows us to have warranty protection as well as scheduling the Geek Squad to install our TV wall mount on Feb 22, 2022. TV is great and we're looking forward to view our TV from different angles.

This membership is a real value. I had a issue with my wife's laptop and I needed it resolved at the earliest. The Geek squad members were very courteous and got this as a priority and delivered with before time as promised. I have worked with them a couple of times and always of great help.

They tell you they can transfer your info from the old CPU to the new; lots of exceptions, namely the programs! Better off uploading to Carbonite or an online tool. No assistance at all. AND, when I texted Best Buy via their onlone Geek Squad (?) or assistant to remove this purchase the very same week, no response!

Tried to use it once with no luck. I should have refunded it then, but they don't make it easy to cancel.
