    Cant seem to get anything fixed without unlimited stress program not what i expected now their cancelling it and making you pay more for less

    Bought it for the early access. Kept it for the Best Buy Protection my purchases get. I’m about to have a child come into my world so having extended protection in my important purchases is important to me.

    Glad we purchased this membership. Saved money on the install by Geek Squad. Also, the Geek Squad tech were great- tutored us on the use of all the items and set up the TV, Sound bar and woofer- We would Never have been able to do this ourselves. This service really pays for its self!!

    I havent had to use this service yet, and I honestly hope that I will never have to but it is always a great idea to cover your purchases. We are in the process of creating a gaming room and the ability to have all of our purchases covered will make me want to come back here again and again for everything we need.

    This was one of the best technology purchases I've made. I am not tech savvy, so this was a necessity for me. I figure I've saved over $1,000 when compared to my previous technology company. Many times, issues could be addressed on line so I didn't have to give up my computer to correct them. I highly recommend.

    The membership seems really good value however, the customer service that comes with it is not particularly great. I’m hoping they approve overtime.

    I go back and forth with total tech, but to be without it at a bad time is not a good feeling. There are waits to get through, but once you relate your item's problems, it is rare there is not a fix which is presented. Overall, I do like Total Tech, and always glad for a listening ear when I cannot adjust or fix my tech issues!

    I would not go without Totaltech membership. Everytime I have use them I have been very satisfied with their response and attention to every problem. Technology is complicated and it's a dangerous world. I appreciate that I have the support and security I need almost instantly.

    When I was having issues with the delivery of the ProForm treadmill I ordered, the Total Tech team stepped up to assist. All the agents were sympathetic and understanding. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to get the treadmill but these folks were helpful. Thank you.

    Already received my money's worth from subscription to Best Buy totaltech. Had some problems getting my delivery and installation installed. Worked with Sergio at Total Tech and he was extremely helpful. Found the right answers and called back with the info as he promised. Installation was quick and professional.

    The automated systwm asks if you’re under warranty and if you’re a total tech member. I purchased all of my home appliances from BestBuy. They couldnt find it and after being on hold for an hour, they hung up on me only for me to call back. Then I was told they only service total tech members and items under warranty. So despite the fact that I purchased a fridge, washer dryer, oven, range, TV’s from Bestbuy they wont service it. Fridge is only 3 years old. Don’t buy from bestbuy

    I'm sorry I missed my appointment with geek squad they were really helpful when I went down here to make the appointment and you know so far they haven't down to me yet for not knowing anything about Apple products so I appreciate that they're really helpful

    So far the techs are very attentive. I would say they need to handle equipment in a selected area instead of other waiting customers giving the disgusted stern looks like your in their universe. Did bring in a dell computer and they could not figure it out and did not put it back together. gave me the computer and the parts they took out. they did help transfer from a external hard drive to new computer was a good job.

    This membership is an exceptional value. Since purchasing it, I have also purchased a new TV and sound bar, and an a new apple ipad. The cost savings afforded by the Totaltech, including installation of the new TV have, in my view, negated the initial cost of the membership

    This right here is absolutely the best. Wasn’t too sure of all the details but after purchasing a washer for Mother’s Day it’s apparent that purchasing this will pay for itself. I save over 400 dollars on that washer and delivery just with Totaltech. That in itself is a smart buy and a reward within itself.

    If you buy two or more big-ticket items per year then this service makes sense. I've had great success with Best Buy service in the past (Black Tie, Geek Squad, etc) and I expect the same with TotalTech. It's also nice when you can get a discount on the item that you wanted to purchase.

    So many features it's well worth it. Impressed with the delivery service and set up for large items. Was able to ask questions and got the answers I wanted without having to look everything up. Extra year warranty, removal of old item, removal of packing boxes or placing them somewhere else. Very happy to have purchases.

    This membership was a life-saver for me. I live two states away from my Mom whose only outlet to the outside world is the TV. She is lost without it. The Tech team came promptly, were very courteous and installed the TV + mount very professionally. I highly recommend this service!
