This membership seems to be a really good deal. This is the first time I purchased this type of protection. The big sale part for us was unlimited Geek Squad support which is nice to have when issues come up! I have not had to use it yet, but sure does provide peace of mind

Wayne, of Geek Squad gets an A+ rating. He honored the social distancing standards. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered every question I had regarding my computer. It was clear that I needed to upgrade. I was thoroughly pleased and impressed with his work ethic.

I love the unlimited GEEK SQUAD availability for my newly purchased laptop (1yr). I have used it to have a litany of questions answered as well as my laptop made more user compatible with all software, email programs (outlook & Gmail). I made appointments and have been exclusively attended to and concluded to my satisfaction.

I absolutely loved this purchase at the beginning, after nearly $15000 in purchases. One day they cancelled our membership and we tried to go to the store, called customer service, wrote them, and still have not received a call/email to understand why. They had to change our delivery on our tv’s we ordered and the person that did that I believe cancelled it on accident. But no one will give us an answer and it is completely unfair.

I love TotalTech and all it provides Geek Squad is just awesome they are professional and very knowledgeable about the products. We will continue and renew our membership because of not only this but because of how they respect us and our home with their protective gear. Reliable, on time and we highly recommend.

Bought a dishwasher in June. Initially scheduled for install on July. Then appointment was rescheduled without my authorization for July 15. Called and best buy said they couldn’t do anything to get it fixed. Thwn waited until July 15 and then canceled my appointment again without my permission and rescheduled for August 18!!!! Canceled everything. I will gladly spend my money at Home Depot or Lowes instead to avoid these headaches.

I had doubts about buying another subscription service but totaltech has paid off over the one year timeframe. Geek Squad has rescued my computer twice and included a lot of nice perks involved with buying a new TV. We got the TV mounted on the wall and extended warranty on the product.

I’m costumer for long time I buy basically everything with you guys and now when I need help I spend few days on the phone try to fixed something you guys not available to do it someone said he be fixed and I be have my money back for the double charge you guys do but I thing any off the people you have be available to do it it’s $268.73 I spent on your store thousand’s off dollars and you guys charge double for service and now I’m not available to get my money back that’s very bad

The Totaltech membership is fantastic. I immediately used it to obtain assistance with multiple problems with my "older" laptop. It was critical for work that my laptop be functional and Totaltech persisted through the most challenging issues! The technicians were patient and persistent. Couldn't ask for more.

This is so much better than the previous total tech support. I didn’t see the real value but with this membership it’s a no brainer. As a frequent Best Buy shopper this membership is like Amazon prime on crack. 2 years of protection is included with 60 day return exchange, 2 day shipping when applicable, and support up the wazoo.

I have been a Total Tech member for a long time, just renewing it recently to keep it in tact. Then I find out they are discontinuing home service, no matter the issue, because, as the tech told me, "it is just costing us too much." Change the price, dude, not the service. Amazon is becoming my go to place now that Best Buy has done this to me.

I initially bought this for the unlimited geek squad support but ended up benefiting in many other ways. Bought a big screen black friday, had it delivered, installed and received protection as a benefit. Bought a cell phone and ear buds and had protection added as a benefit. Definitely got my money's worth and then some.

Geek Squad's Totaltech offers many unmatchable advantages. It is costly , but has proven to be woth the cost many times over the years for our family.The wait time for the online tune up ,virus check needs to be shortened.

The membership would hold value if they actually did what the membership says. When it comes time to use it they switch what they tell you and make you wait for months only to cancel on you then! Avoid!!!! Spend the money elsewhere!

This membership is a real value. I had the technicians come to my house to fix my computer, laptop and even a tv. And they fixed everything! I've been a member for a few years now and I'm always pleased with ther work. I always recommend it to my family members and friends. It's worth it!

TotalTech is absolutely AMAZING! Returns as far out as 60 days, 2 year protection on most products, 24/7 GeekSquad assistance, and priority assistance at that. I could not be happier about Total Tech.

So far this membership has paid for itself. The cost of installing hardware on my two computers and a screen on an iwatch - to name what has happened in the last 3 month's

My membership did not cover my broken cooktop. I thought tempered glass would not break so easily, just from a glass tipping over on it.

Have used the membership to (1) reduce installation costs of a kitchen appliance and (2) Geek squad consultation online to reconnect a printer to our home wifi that went renegade and I wasn't able to reconnect myself. Service was effective and completed in a timely manner.

The Totaltech plan is amazing. I buy all my electronics at Best Buy. Best Buy has offers such affordable protection plans-but this one is revolutionary for those who buy multiple products there. I feel like I am getting something back in return for being a loyal customer.
