It has good discounts and exclusive member prices. The subscribers also have access to deals earlier than others moreover, excellent technical support. The value provided from this subscription is very worth it

I thought the membership was a little expensive at first, but it was definitely worth it! I had an incident with my Chromebook about 8 months after I purchased it. I was given a full credit for a brand new one as mine was not able to be repaired. I also get free coverage for any new purchases and unlimited items fixed if need be.

Recently had brought in my tower to see if they could speed it up--something I kept putting off. Anyways I brought it in and cleaned it up and backed it up. When I picked it up they explained things t me I didn't even know, got it home and even though they explained it had a couple core issues it is so much faster and working great and cost me nothing..Thank you Geek Squad

I think this is great. It is nice to know that there's a two year BB warranty on products purchased rather than having to go to the manufacturer. I'm older and less tech savvy than younger folks, so it's nice to be able to get help from the geek squad folks.

This has come in clutch for me and my family. It may be a bit expensive for some but it’ll save your butt when you need it, trust me.

my Best Buy total membership is very useful especially if you have a lot of devices, the geek squad knows what they are doing. they will tell you the costs outside their support but most of the time its covered

Love the my best buy total. It keeps track of all my purchases. And the warranty of this is excellent

We haven't had to use this yet for repairs or warranty but having the assurance on every purchase and a discounted price on all purchases is awesome!

Honestly if you’re going in to get something fixed and have a feeling you’ll be back or buying an item that may need to be serviced the membership is totally worth it. After just 2 visits I saved money and I’ve been back like 3 times it’s definitely a big help. At first I did think they were just trying to get more money out of me but with what we needed done to our computer (1 fan replaced, diagnostic) we were only about $50 shy from the membership so if you’re debating it if you even think you’ll go back get the membership it’ll save you in the long run and you can even have extra things done that you normal wouldn’t have just because it’s included in the membership

Great value for all the electronics we have. Any problem that occurs, repair and assistance is valuable and convenient. The cost is a bit high. Recently they dropped installation charges for electronics bought in the store. That can amount to an additional cost.
