Great value for all the electronics we have. Any problem that occurs, repair and assistance is valuable and convenient. The cost is a bit high. Recently they dropped installation charges for electronics bought in the store. That can amount to an additional cost.

Brought in my homemade pc because it was having problems and was extremely worried it had breathed its last breath but Geek Squad told me it was cheaper to subscribe to the Best Buy Total Membership and get free check-ups and tech help for the rest of the year and I’m now been able to get help from Geek Squad for free for a few times. Worth the purchase if you want constant access to a helpful team.

I'm on the fence about this. It's a lot of money every year and it probably makes up for all the money I'm saving when I buy things on sale. Just not sure.

With the price of of technological devices ,such as 4k and 8k tv`s,and computers and cell phones ,ect.Its the peace of mind that Total tech can give peace of mind.I think its priced a little high, but thats the price you pay ,to know if anything happens or goes wrong, you can get fixed

This membership is a good value, I use it frequently for my computer issues. I would like to have home service to install/set up equipment that I purchase from BY. Over the years I have purchased many items. I would like to have BY provide home service to trouble shoot problems with my equipment, especially my stereo equipment,

I have not been pleased with the service team. I can't understand them and I got transferred to 5 different offices and the last one said they couldn't help.
