Be sure you understand all the coverage limitations and deductibles. My story: after 5 months pc failed. BB refused refund. Refused exchange. Refused to fix in store. Tried to charge me $100 to send in. BB geek sent away and two months later still did not get PC returned. 10 calls to customer service two store visits no PC. Customer service blames store, store blames service center.

The savings are amazing. I've already benefitted from all the membership savings. I've ordered quit a few AC units, fridges & microwaves and they have delivered and fully installed all of them. Their customer service is great, providing up to the minute ETA on all my orders.

This membership is a great value. Not only does it cover all my electronics, I also receive discounts on different things things in the store. The best purchase I could have ever made. Did I mention free shipping and delivery/setup of appliances?! Got my moneys worth already and I haven’t had total tech 6 months

I liked the PC, the build and look seemed great but I had a minor issue probably from shipping where I guess some parts were a little lose- overall the PC performed as expected

I'm sitting and waiting for my TV to be delivered and installed.. It's now ten minutes past their four hour window. I am unable to check my status, the Best Buy phone numbers are automated so my order status unknown and the eternal loops of the robot voice. So, the only options offered is to reschedule or cancel. It does not offer me a person to talk too.

I wasn't sure how much use I'd practically get out of this "insurance" membership, but I have to say, it's more than worth the yearly cost - free additional warranty coverage, replacement and free shipping on every product. Plus being able to get Geek Squad help on products and service is a fantastic benefit.

I think this membership is great but it is expensive. I think the price should be for 24 months not yearly. I do believe however that is is a good plan to have if w can afford it

Just got new laptop, printer, etc and signed up for this. Everything about the man from the Geek Squad who came to set up my products was great. It was such a good experience to have all the work done for me and questions answered. I have recommended this service to my friends.

This membership is a real value. Member prices plus unlimited geek squad support are great. Also we love the peace of mind of getting protection place on all our purchases. Great jobs Best Buy!!

This membership is a good deal to have. Some confusion, though, as to what exactly is, and is not, covered. Get conflicting and confusing information from store associates and phone reps.

I’ve been helped so well with my tv difficulties. My screen had some pixels fail. They ordered a new screen but UPS broke it. Then they helped me order a replacement tv at no charge. The men who came out and exchanged them went above and beyond. I’m so glad I got total tech.

Best Buy changed their terms and doesn’t cover pick up for old items and the installation

This membership is a must have for anyone needing computer assistance or maintenance. They will set up your new computer as well as troubleshoot and fix your computer.

Gas line not changed yet. Poor service and had to call multiple times to get downdraft installed. Gas line not yet changed and very concerned

Totaltech is a pretty decent buy. It automatically covers anything you buy. It's used in conjunction with geek squad. I've been pleased with the purchase so far.

I was very disappointed in my experience. I had bought the membership which came with 24 month protection and even though it’s cover for 24 months if you don’t pay the membership for both years which is another 175.99 the second year does not count. Do no waste your money

Becoming a Totaltech member was really a no-brainer. For the services and protection it provides, it pays for itself. The peace of mind it gives me after purchasing a number of different items for a newly constructed home makes the membership worth every penny! Highly recommended!!!

The service pays for it self if you buy all your tech from best buy. I bought 2 remote starters for me and my wife both of them were total tech prices plus free geek squad install. I also got the bew iphone and it comes with free apple care so its a no brainer to sign up

I was hesitant to get this membership at first, but having the extra time to return items is a nice reassurance on pricey purchases. Also, receiving purchase points that can be redeemed for bestbuy gift cards is probably the best perk.

I bought this because it got me dishwasher install and haul away for less than the cost of those services. In addition have already taken advantage of member-exclusive discounts on another item I was planning to buy, and plan to use free basic install on a TV upgrade soon!
