This membership is a good value, I use it frequently for my computer issues. I would like to have home service to install/set up equipment that I purchase from BY. Over the years I have purchased many items. I would like to have BY provide home service to trouble shoot problems with my equipment, especially my stereo equipment,

I have not been pleased with the service team. I can't understand them and I got transferred to 5 different offices and the last one said they couldn't help.

This may seem expensive at furst but in reality, ut's well worth the price, even if you only need it sparingly. GeekSquad is very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Beats reaching for long distance technical aervice every time.

When I ask BB how much to fix my sons PC they quoted and referred me to other store for options cause I said the quote is close to a new PC and adding the membership is too much. So I resorted to looking for a local technician in my area and cost me a lot. I got scammed and got anxiety about the incident. For I was hesitant to avail the membership at BB for some neighbors trstimony and experience with BB. So when I got my sons PC back, I didn't hesitate anymore I went with Best Buy and the Geek Squad are friendly, fast and reliable. I shouldn't have hesitate the forst time and should have experienced everything with them at ease. As of today I have bought 3 items with them and 2 on the way. My membership is all worth it.

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Total membership for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid investment if you regularly shop at Best Buy or buy a lot of electronics.

Memberships are good to have they cover a lot of qualities that you need in case any of your items breakdown or you need geek squad protection I would definitely recommend it.
