This is the best investment I have made in decades. For years, I have gone to Best Buy, and, without my Total Membership, the Geek Squad gave me excellent and mostly accurate answers to my questions. Now, with my membership, I can ask more detailed questions and they invariably are able to solve my problems. One time they got it wrong, but were quick to remedy the situation on my return. I kept asking for a monthly payment plan but they did not offer this. Finally, I had the funds to pay for a year. A monthly payment might get new members, but maybe TOO MANY new members? At least, I no longer have to consult too busy sons to assist me.

Work every penny the membership I use for all my purchases

Membership is a good plan. But left computer for repairs b/c I could not login with my pin number. Went back to pick it up and took it home and still had the same problem. I thought by buying the plan I would get my problem solve.

I bought this when i bought my refigerator years ago. Refrigerator had problems. Geek squad came 2x to fix it and told me if keeps leaking to call and they would replace my frigerator. Thankfully it was fixed. I have sice bought a freezer, a new rang, a washing machine and tv. They are all covered under total care extended warranty. I would recomend this program

As an older adult frankly I am starting to struggle somewhat keeping up with all the technology and have used my Best Buy total to supplement this. To date I have used it to freshen my wife's laptop a couple of times over the years as well as one of mine. In addition I used them to hang my new TV on 2 occasions. I also used them to setup my wife's new laptop.
