    Not cheap but probably worth it. Hopefully if I have issues they come through. So far BB has been pretty fair except the have cancelled an item on me and just said, "too bad" essentially.

    The membership has been great so far have been able to get my phone fixed with no problem at the Best Buy in Wilkes barre excellent customer service great with fixing your devices had an unpleasant experience in Best Buy in Dickson would recommend geek squad at Wilkes bare they are awesome

    This is hands down one of the best purchases I have ever made at Best Buy! I have been shopping here for years and had never heard of it until my salesman told me about it recently. It has already paid for itself. I wish I had known about it sooner. Get it, you won't regret it!!

    This summer was expensive with having to replace tech items. The initial purchase of Total tech was slightly hard to swallow in price, but within a couple of months, we've already gotten our money's worth due to included features and added product protection. Good investment.

    I love the comfort in knowing that I can call if my laptop has an issue or I break it (knocking on wood now that I won't need to use this feature). It's also worth it for the free shipping on future products and the gift card I got for joining if they are still running that special

    We bought go pro battery stopped working we were advised to buy from outside and have it reimbursed since the battery is not available at that time, when i came back to have it reimburse another staff told me we cannot reimburse it instead we need to return the whole gopro and have it changed. So i did not get my reimbursement

    Easy process, walked in and dropped it off. Was told the process and a couple of dsys later my laptop was ready for pickup. Now laptop is working well.

    This membership is great value especially if you are purchasing a tv. This membership pays for itself if you get the tv delivered and installed by Bestbuy. It also come with other perks such as additional service discounts, special prices, and protection.

    Great overall value just recently acquired it for my ps5 and bought a tv right after the amenities it has are amazing was able to get my tv wall mounted and delivered for free with total tech also gives you 2 year coverage and 24 hr support if and when needed

    This membership was a real value to us when we were making our move into a different house. We purchased several products/appliances from Best buy and totally appreciated having this membership not only for the delivery service but for the tech support.

    Total tech was great. The new program not so much. The main draws to me were the free delivery, installation and removal of old equipment. That’s no longer part of the new program so not worth it anymore to me.

    Great buy if the given benefits support your given needs. The average customer will not need such an expensive membership. The limited "exclusive access" products are not all that. This membership rarely gives the Totaltech members access to in-demand items such as graphics cards or console.

    The geek squad was very helpful transferring my data from my old HP to my new Apple Macbook Pro and setting it up. I could have done it on my own, but it was great to let them do it.

    Worth the money spent. I already had multiple issues and they helped clear quickly and easily. It would have cost me alot more taking it to a near buy computer place to get fixed. I have multiple computers and printers. The tech team even educated me and gave excellent advise.

    We went to have our computer repaired. After talking to the Geek Squad we went this way. They explained how it would benefit our household. A little pricey but worth it.

    Will never purchase again. The Geek Squad service was sub par and we ended up troubleshooting ourselves, taking several hours/days with each home theatre product we purchased. This was the worst investment. Do not purchase Geek Squad service!
