Total tech is a useful service with understanding yet helpful members of the community who ban together to help fix the issues and or problems that come your way. If your device needs replaced or fixed you can count on the knowledge and experience of these individuals to be there and take care of the issue!

Membership can be a lifesaver when you equipments fails and you need to repair it. I no longer have any equipment that I need to have service by Best Buy. If i did have a need I would certain without fail continue my membership. Thank for your service provided last November.

Best Buy has great customer service exceptional and I would recommend this membership to everybody take care of your merchandise they have your back

I Love My Geek Squad! I'm not very tech savvy and have to call them from time to time. They are very nice to talk to and so very helpful! I get a bunch of span emails and have called them asking if they are legit before I purchase or not. They usually are not! That is so helpful!

I really appreciate this option. There are perks having this membership. I get my laptop looked at and get warranty for the devices I’ve purchased. So far I’ve bought 5 electronics, earbuds, headphones, a PS5. The free warranty for a year has definitely helped!

It is great to get insurance with Geek squad (bestbuy) i had problems with my wife sureface pro bestbuy ended up giving me a store credit because it was not able to be repaired...

This definitely came in handy , bought a computer for my son that stopped working , brought it in and thee was no problem to get it fix or replaced !

I wasn't aware that if I took my phone in for service, that it would be sent off somewhere for weeks. Which means I would be without a phone. They don't offer you a replacement phone for the time being. Had I know the repairs or diagnosis weren't done in house I would have not got it. Also, my other phone was stolen and I tried to use my total tech. I found out I didn't have the theft coverage because my phone wasn't expensive enough to them. Well, $300+ is expensive to me. I don't care if it cost $50 it still should have been covered under the plan!

When you have something wrong it's totally worth it. Kind of a pain having to go through some hoops and channels to get things scheduled but overall very good.

At first, not having been able to gain access to services (my bad) timing and whatever. Anyway, the guys and gals at the store have been Great in helping me move forward.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the piece of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

Holding out until see some use. As I am waiting on service of dishwasher schedule was 2 weeks out and then got cancelled / rescheduled. So we will see once I get dishwasher looked at how service is

I got some speakers installed and was told this would cover all components even ones that weren't purchased from Best Buy. This was incorrect. This only covers installations of Best Buy products

I’m not one for warranties ! But he and only his professional ism pointed out the importance of having it and gave my mind comfort at the same time !! True sales man !

Honestly I think that this membership is the best decision I have ever made! I took my computer in to get worked on and when the associate mentioned this membership I was pessimistic. After almost a year in I can say it was worth it 100%. I definitely recommend it for everyone that may shop at BestBuy

If your like me and get frustrated whit the time it takes to set up and learn new technologies this.membership is great. It has made my life easier because they do the job for you. The only negative is you have to make an appointment so there are times when you just go there they may not be able to get to you.

This has definitely come in handy. So glad I purchased it. My fridge has the ice balls on the bottom and it quit making them twice and they came out and fixed it twice for no cost and no hassle. My printer quit working. They came out fixed it and no cost and no hassle. Best purchase we ever made. Thank you.

Total Tech, while it wasn't exactly within my budget, appeared to serve as a valuable tool should I have been a customer that relied heavily on Geek Squad services or special in-store promotions for Total Tech members. When my current situation changes, I have a feeling I'll be back to renew my membership/.
