Simply Love it , and regret my decision to choose this service after a long time. You cant imagine how peaceful is 60 days return policy , and total tech installation and some more benefits as well . So my advice is go ahead and choose it . They are doing their best to make good coustomers feel like king or queen

With the purchase of this membership, I get the convenience of all things get installed without hassle. I find this membership very useful. So far, I have 2 cooktops installed and free haul away, expecting another exhaust hood to be delivered and installed. The membership took care of all! Highly recommend it!

Membership was a good deal, but I found that I didn’t need it, for those who shop at Best Buy I’d recommend it.

I really appreciate this option. There are perks having this membership. I get my laptop looked at and get warranty for the devices I’ve purchased. So far I’ve bought 5 electronics, earbuds, headphones, a PS5. The free warranty for a year has definitely helped!

When you have something wrong it's totally worth it. Kind of a pain having to go through some hoops and channels to get things scheduled but overall very good.

If you have lots of electronics and tend to have problems with them working properly then total tech is great. If you are the average person who just buys a new one when the old one breaks then it is not for you

Appointments are necessary and sometimes you just cant wait for an appointment. Geeks did a back up of all my data so i could transfer it to mycomputer after virus clean up. Could not transfer my QuickBooks data.

This is a no-brainer. I truly recommend this for the peace of mind it gives to any highly technical item purchased. I've already used the Geek Squad concerning computer transfers. There are also added perks, such as installations and haul aways for many things. A must if you're making several purchases.

God forbid I didn’t have this protection. The cost to fix computers is outrageous so the piece of mind is worth every penny.

The peace of mind knowing that all my tech purchase such Klipsch 14” RP subwoofer, LG C2 83” Oked TV, floor speakers etc. are protected is totally worth it. Dont read into it to much, when the rubber meets the riad these appliances are to confusing. Just buy this option if something comes up with the appliances you make a call you have questions you tube it and take a chance in messing it up ir call Best Buy and have ut handled by the ines that have the knowledge

I bought the Totaltech membership because Best Buy has become my go-to store for appliance purchases. I like the free delivery and setup and haul away service that is included. So far I haven’t needed repairs, but if I do I expect they will demonstrate the same level of professionalism I’ve seen so far.

If you're buying a computer or TV you need to purchase the BB Total Tech. As a retired person, I sometimes need help with my computer and I know they are a phone call away. You also get discounts on products and installation. My TV was delivered and set-up for free. In my opinion, I am saving $$$ b/c of this purchase.
