Purchased Totaltech 1/28/23. 1st appt, didn’t show or call to reschedule until after the latest scheduled time. 2nd appt TV & soundbar installed incorrectly. No sound-no TV. 3rd appt call center called to reschedule during the allotted time. Poor customer service. Very unorganized. I cancelled membership for full refund on appliances and Totaltech.

It's nice to know that electronic items in my household are covered. I can get help over the phone, take the product in or call with questions to see if I will be able to fix the problem myself. The added time to be able to return a purchase has already paid for the membership.

This membership is amazing value. This is the difference between my purchasing my electronics at Best Buy vs. using other alternative options. Discounts on products, accidental damage coverage, support on all electronic devices, etc. This utility will keep me using Best Buy moving forward.

Okay it’s pricy, but if you’re into electronics it’s worth it. Purchased a new computer at the time I signed up and saved 100 dollars on the computer. The extended warranty is amazing.

When purchasing my iPhone 13 a year ago, I was misled that the Totaltech membership was the same price and duration as a 2-year AppleCare+ policy. It was $199.99 for a year. Just get the dedicated AppleCare+ program if you are buying an Apple product. Waste of money.

I always buying some form of bestbuy warranty with all my purchases. So i figured why not. Kind of expensive, but time will tell if it's worth it.

Hard to beat. I bought a new laptop for my step-mother and needed the data from the hard drive transferred from the old machine to the new one. Price = $150 Totaltech was $199 and included that plus extended warrantee on the new laptop so I was money ahead the day I bought the plan.

This membership is the best. Instead of me having to install everything for everyone in my family I just order the product from Best Buy and schedule it to be installed. Saved me a lot of headaches and also needing to find someone to do it that is reliable.

Just used it today for a refrigerator not sure how it works but diagnostics is free and we pay for parts and service not cool

Honestly I didn’t realize the full effect of this membership until about a month after I had it my wife and I was online shopping and saw the regular price of items and then the total tech price also the have multiple services geared towards your electronic purchases it really comes in handy

I was a ride or die " Total tech" member for years then they lost my faith. I was told if you buy it from the store and something happens, it would be fixed or replaced free. But, I brought my phone and desktop back and was told they couldn't be fixed or had to be sent out and I'd have to pay the cost to ship them. That hurt me to my heart. After years, I canceled Totaltech and my membership with BestBuy.

OK, I am giving this a 5 start rating as I did have a problem with my MacBook Pro and it was resolved using Totaltech. The first person I talked to tried his hardest to fix the problem, but did have to transfer me to someone else who did resolve the problem.

I bought this to get a PS5 for Christmas and it worked. It was a breeze to get it and I plan on keeping it as you get a lot of bonuses with it like the Totaltech protection plans.

I haven't really used it yet so excepting it to be worth it for the year so I need random things around the house done with tech items

With the large purchases i made it was absolutely worth getting the membership. The installation/ mouting with wires being hiddwn behind the wall for the tv, and the outdoor security camera placement, i made my moneys worth on the first purchase.

This is an amazing program. The savings are incredible. The Free Apple care on all Apple products is a huge value. If you buy computers this program is a must.

Total tech is a whopping $200 USD but it pays for itself in just one ordering of service or a few product purchases. Why wouldn’t you want free money/discounts on virtually every Best Buy purchase you make in 1 year? Bite the bullet and get this next time you buy at Best Buy!

Total Tech support has been very useful for my husband and I; the in-home Geek Squad agents and the store Geek Squad agents are knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful; I cannot say the same for the on-line agents and will never use them again;

Just had a Total Tech Agent come out to our home, and set up our WiFi for all our devices (computer, laptop, ipad and two phones. Tyler was great. Installed our Dual-Band Router, and hooked up everything.
