    This is a great value adding membership. I nearly said no when the advisor offered it but decided to give it a shot. I was skeptical since stuff like this with some companies comes with a catch. This had no catch and is just awesome. Gives me peace of Mind

    So far so good.I left Brandsmart where I was a very good customer to give Best buy a try.I just ordered some kitchen appliances. I hope that delivery and installation goes well. I will keep you posted.

    Due to a Best Buy computer glitch, my plan had to be renewed again after 6mos. of my yearly renewal date. I explained this to the Geek Squad Manager, and after extensive research into the glitch, he restarted my membership anew, with no penalty or time loss to me.

    This is a great product and reasonably price. The quality of service and care also very professional. We open the item and it was DOA so Best buy took care of replacing the item and installing again immediately without any involving from the end user.

    Total tech is really worth the every penny if you do buy alot from bestbuy the only thing i wish is that soon i hope there an update as in notifications that will tell you what items are in stock / when will they be available...

    I'm new to this but have used their services twice. Easy to set an appointment,. Did not have much wait time if any. Agents were very polite, patient with my lack of tech knowledge, and we wonderful at explaining things to me.

    I was an Elite Plus member, but now you have to pay for the privilege. I guess I did pay before, but it was not as blatant. Now I double my warranty, you also get AppleCare+ when you buy Apple products, so that's worth it. They also extended my return window to 60 days.

    This membership is a great value if you purchase a lot of items or devices from Best Buy. I’ve heard others have problems with Best Buy. I’ve never experienced this because I always purchase a plan. Now this covers everything.

    The Totaltech membership more than paid for itself with the free installation and migration of files during the setup of the new PC. What wasn't mentioned is that the "free" 24 month warranty is only in effect as long as you maintain your membership.

    I purchased a Subwoofer to have installed in my truck and I was talked into purchasing the Total tech to cover the equipment. The very next day I called customer service to cancel the entire order before anything was shipped because the wrong part was ordered. The Rep I spoke with said that she would cancel the Total Tech but I had to take all the items that came with the Subwoofer back to the store after they were delivered to get a refund. The next week after all parts were delivered I took it back to the store and got a refund for All physical parts that were delivered but customer service associate at the store said I had to call customer service to get a refund for the Total Tech at which I told them I had already done a week prior. On the Best Buy app where it shows you all of your purchases where it said Best buy Protection it said current status Refund Pending and that was as of Jan 22, 2022 when I returned everything to the store. At that point I thought everything was done and I was just waiting on the $200 Total tech Refund that I was charged and never used. A full month goes by and still the App shows Best Buy Refund pending so I call customer service to see what the hold up is and they tell me the total tech was never cancelled and all they can refund me is $70.00 of the $200.00 for something I NEVER used... All I ever wanted was to be treated fairly but this is not right!!!!

      I truly understand the frustration here. The correct parts should have been ordered and the the Totaltech plan should have benefitted you greatly.     Excellent value if you buy multiple tech products each year. All of my devices are covered and it's easy to link it to new devices purchased. I wouldn't have known about how much it benefited me had the sales person not mentioned it would be cheaper than AppleCare.

    I love total tech Everything I’ve purchased from Best Buy to upgrade my home theater is covered, so when I needed to install two ceiling speakers for my Dolby Atmos set up, I was love with the service when I was told “it’s included” It’s just silly not to get it.

    Its a pretty good subscription. Im getting many things for my new apartment and this helps me save money on them and make sure they're protected. If you don't plan to get many items over a year it may be cheaper to pay for individual protection.

    DO NOT PURCHASE TOTAL TECH MEMBERSHIP. HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR THEM TO NOT SHOW UP TO MY HOUSE FOR AN EXCHANGE AND SET UP. THEY KEEP GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND AND REFUSE TO HELP. I WORK RETAIL AND THIS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING.

    I was very disappointed in this service. I had a cooktop install in August and the installer damaged my granite countertop i send a photo in and eventually a repair person came out who thought he was there to fix the stove. He could not fix the counter. I then called by to the store and was told someone else would contact me. I never heard back

    For example, taking advantage of the 2 year warranty support, or exclusive products - GPUs currently - or especially if you've been eying a product like a TV or appliance that gives a good discount from the membership, that will take off a ton of the cost of the membership alone.

    Best Buy Totaltech™ Yearly Membership is so worth it. The delivery was excellent; the installation was excellent of a microwave; they hauled off the old microwave and were very neat and careful. I will be having them install a dishwasher soon.
