    The seller realized that I didn't speak English well and slipped this into my final purchase, and I ended up paying for something I never used. Now, a year later, I realized because I received an email to renew, something I had no idea about. Terrible service, I don't recommend buying anything as they deceive customers.

    I took advantage of this 1 time the day i purchased its been 8 months and i dont believe the value has been met in my experience.

    Worth every penny, and then some! Never thought I'd be in a position of professional help in fraud on my computer, but, I fell victim, and the Geek Squad came to my rescue! Can't thank them enough for the peace they brought through their knowledge and the cleanup on my computer.

    This membership is the only way to go, it saved me $500 on installation and haul away alone you also get discounts on products from bestbuy there customer support 24/7 . They will fix any electronic in home not just stuff bought from bestbuy. I'm very very pleased with this membership

    Love the fact that i can buy any product and have protection all under one plan.I like buying at best buy all the time and now its just even better. Now i buy and save money with this plan so i can buy even more things.And there protected . Buy it its worth it

    This membership makes sense for us as we have purchased quite a bit to upgrade the house in the last 2 years. The discounts we get on the appliances have paid for it and then some. It is also nice to know the geek squad is at our disposal but fortunately have not had to use them.

    I purchased this membership mostly for access to the 30 series graphics cards, which I was finally able to buy after almost 2 years now, but aside from that, I don't see much use in this membership. If you see yourself purchasing a lot of items from BB then this provides peace of mind for you purchases with the extended returns and repairs/services. The access to additional deals isn't bad but again, might only be worth it if you plan on buying a lot or aren't tech savvy and need the VIP support.

    Completely pointless program. Twice i had agents come to my home just to tell me they couldnt do anything at all and I had to just do it myself! Then trying to cancel my membership i not only received only half of my refund! But when i tried to get the other half i was hung up on over 5 times on the phone!! Im completely dissatisfied and am again still wondering what the geek squad actually does?? For me absolutely nothing. Hate it!

    the technician that installed our new tv was very professional, caring, knowledgeable. He made sure before he left that we understood the tv, remote control and ask if we had any questions. We were very impressed and happy with the service.

    I wish I could give Totaltech TEN stars! This is the second best thing Best Buy has (it's people are the first best). My membership pays for itself dozens of times over a year. I can't imagine that I would ever NOT renew my membership. It's a no brainer to me!

    Took 2 times to hang my 75” tv. First guy argued about me not having studs and he couldn’t run my wires through the wall. Tv wasn’t centered and blamed my walls and studs not being centered. 2nd guy came out put and did everything correctly along with running wires through wall. I personally would go through someone local next time

    Totaltech membership has been very helpful for me. I have saved real money on installation of a doorbell and dishwasher so far, and I have warranty protection with this as well. Peace of mind and saving money mean something to me, and this helps with both.

    Disaster for us.

    We had a washer, dryer and dishwasher installed. We had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher as it was sticking out too far and not attached properly. They tested the washer (turned it on, it started, they left) and minutes later a flood ensued. They did not connect the drain hose!!!! Horrific mess, wood floors buckled. Disaster.

    This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. 1. You sold me a TV that you didn't have in inventory. 2. You scheduled it for delivery and installation twice, when you still didn't have the TV. 3. I cancelled the order and the Tech Team. I'll never shop Best Buy again.

    What comfort it is knowing assistance is just a couple of key strokes or call away. At 79 years old the on site service is a must! The Geeks got me up and running quickly, after a glitch I couldn’t solve. These people are essential to keeping customer service at the forefront!
