Totaltech is SO worth! The teams Best Buy employs are wonderful to work with, super knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We have used them 3 times, to hang TV's, install a modem, and assemble a gaming console. It totally takes the stress away and helps with my time.

So very glad that the Best Buy associate recommending this add on investment when we purchase our 12.9 inch iPad Pro, Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil. Although it is a yearly cost, it is well worth it for anyone who regularly shops at Best Buy. Many surprise savings and benefits.

Thje employees lie to you they said it will be no charge or recurring, they said its only to show the discount and even after you tell them it shows as subscriotion they say is just the way the system shows it because they have not updating it. I found out this because they did the same to my husband in another location

this has turned out to be a great deal for my devices and well worth the annual price as opposed to multiple trips individually. i have got my money's worth

As a CPA, my computers need to be functioning at all times. My totaltech membership gives me peace of mind that I am always going to be able to use my computer. The staff was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for a better service. The membership simply pays for itself!!

The team came out, installed a new LG TV with a wall mount very fast and i stalled 2 new Nest thermostats. Nests had issues with connecting to the app but the team was able to troubleshoot and managed to get everything working. Great job!

If you frequent this store, the membership is well worth the money. The Geek Squad checks and repairs your equipment, and additional purchases often receive a discount.

I LOOOOVE this total tech membership. I go to Best Buy often so it just made sense to purchase the membership. I am definitely learning more and more perks with it as well. All your products are covered, not to mention free installation on products purchased from Best Buy. Love it!

This membership is a real value. I bought an Apple Watch last day. I got $50 off because I am a TotalTech member and I got free AppleCare+ on that. Besides that, I get free protection on most products I buy from Best Buy. It’s really worth it. The plan pays for itself over time.

This membership is extremely valuable. We used Total Tech to set up our home entertainment system as well as a Tracfone cell phone. All Items and especially the Amazing assistance from TotalTec are Fantastic! It is the BEST insurance plan we have ever purchased!

So glad I got this plan. I usually buy a lot of electronics from Best buy, always convenient if something goes wrong, having a brick and mortar store to take it to, but also spend a lot on warranties.So when I saw this covers all my electronics,,steal of a deal..used it already too:)

Having member-only sales and perks is icing on the cake. The cake itself being excellent service, included warranty and installations, extended returns, etc. If you're going to have an item installed and/or purchasing a warranty for at least a year then this pays for itself.

I wasn’t sure if I needed or wanted this. However, I have been very pleased. I had a couple of old appliances to be taken away, recycled, installed, and follow-up service requests. I just found out Apple Care + is also included. Very impressed!

This felt like a waste of money ngl. Maybe some people like it and use it but I didn’t.

It’s good having some form of protection. I bought a few appliances and have the option for installation for free, the only thing that sucks is I wanted my appliances sooner rather than wait on a day they were available to install. Haven’t really had to use it yet. Time will tell.

Genuinely worth the price. Many are skeptical of the membership, mainly because of the price, but overall it’s worth it, i pretty much got my money back on the install of my remote start and all these protection plans are a nice touch.

Bought this because my hp laptop crashed after 7 mos. Tech helped me to get some other things set up. HP made them send computer to Kentucky.

So far - the service is excellent - the wait time is not.

No matter what questions I had I was able to talk to a live person to get any questions answered. They were knowledgeable, and when they didn't have the answer they got me to someone who did know the answer. Well worth the price.
