So, I saw that Best Buy was going live to sell the PS5 console and it was giving to the Total Tech members. Then, I decided to sign up today and within the next hour. I was able to secure a PlayStation 5. Thank you!!! Also, I’ll be shopping for games here once the release day hits.

The installation team is great on communicating and the entire result is great! They spend time making sure that the installation meets the expectations and also they are kind enough to give advice for somethings when i don’t have idea.

Total tech membership is a nice and valuable addition to my BestBuy purchases. Extended warranties- covered, installation of car stereo- covered, member only deals on special purchases-covered, free deliveries on orders- covered, and the list goes on and on. Well worth the price!!!

I will have to review again at a later date if/when I do actually need to use this service. Sounds like it can/will be a cost savings.

Great move! I have saved more money buying this membership that I would have ever imagined. My old trusty router died. I went to purchase a new one at $150 the total tech membership brought it down to half price! Awesome!

The Totaltech membership fee has been paid in full after one home visit by the Geek Squad. The professional wall mounting/calibration of my Sony Bravia tv, and hiding away all of the HDMI cables is priceless. Totaltech membership is worth every penny!

Peace of mind. All ready used. Paid for itself with another appliance purchase and free delivery. They also took away old appliance! With some if the older big chain stores closed! It's nice to see old time service again! I highly recommend!

I purchased Totaltech just before the 30 day expiration date and boy am I glad that I did. It was well worth the investment and from my prospective it's already paid for itself. The techs are professional, courteous and experienced. Highly recommend.

No one on your tech support can tell me why our dishwasher was not delivered on Monday I’ve talked to several people on tech support and they say the dishwasher was in transit or on a truck but it did not come on Monday and I took off work to wait all day! Then one tech said it will come the next day so I stayed home again!

A great value for delivery, setup, and wall-mounted installation of our new 70" tv. The service techs were very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job wall mounting our very large tv. They ensured we knew how best to move the tv so as not to cause any damage to the tv.

This has been one of the best investments ever. I have had to have several installations of equipment in the past few months. It has also given me extended warranties on the equipment i have bought! Highly recommend if you intend on upgrading your home!

I was not sure I would need or use this enough but that changed recently when I purchased several Ring Cameras. I found out that installation is Free (except where electrical is needed) and that saved me paying someone else to do the install.

Bought Totaltech because i bought an iPhone 13 and Applecare+ was provided. Returned the iPhone but keep the Totaltech, the waived the $45 return fee and supposed to be able to add my s22 i purchased from Samsung and take advantage of Samsungcare +.

This membership made total sense to purchase since I was buying multiple appliances. Tv, washer, dryer, stove, and 3 gaming computers. The fact that I didn't have to do the installs, plus get 2yr warranties on all of my purchases? Simple choice!

Amazing computer, love it!! Works great just like a 16inch, the onlt difference is it doesnt have a touchbar but i dont really use it.

This membership has already been a big help from installing the TV on a wall to giving me instructions on how to operate the TV. They also explain things that could be done with the TV that I had no idea of.

Was very happy it covers everything purchased from Best Buy, a bit disappointed the laptop I purchased 2 years earlier wasn’t covered.

I'm very happy to have the Totaltech membership. It makes me feel better knowing I can rely on getting help from them should anything go wrong. I've already called once and the person I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. It makes me happy!

Membership provides a lot of great perks, just wished that they allocated exclusive releases to account instead of doing the queue thing. Would be a lot easier, as well as not limiting TT members to only 1 product.
