Dell AIO Inspiron desktop computer set up

All transfers of data from my old computer to the new one were done in an amazingly short timeframe and without any difficulties or problems.

Incorrect info on my CLOSED cards. I owe $ZERO

And now I have an unpaid bill which shows up on my credit report. It shows on my account that I closed both cards. You override that and bill me anyway? Take care of this and correct your sloppy mistakes!!! Joy Misun

Best Buy assists with repairs or product exchanges, no questions asked. I come to Bedt Buy for all my electronic needs.

Totaltech to the rescue!!

However, I only needed to use it once so I cancelled my membership for a total refund.

I do not have to worry about finding someone to lift, remove the old item and install the new. As an added bonus - I can call to get operational assistance if needed.

Feeling like a VIP

So far they’ve worked on my new laptop and an old laptop without any charges. The plan has already paid for itself. If something else comes up I’m covered!

Absolute waste of money

I bought total tech Feb 27 2022. Cancel total tech Feb 22 2023. Vaccum breaks Feb 23 2023 Appointment made Feb 23 2023 They tell me bc I canceled 4 days ago it don’t actually have the service till the 27th. So basically, they completely screwed me. Not to mention the vaccum is less than 1 year old. What a horrible service.

BEWARE: NON-REFUNDABLE

I cancelled within the grace period and it's been 2 months since that was done and I still haven't recieved the refund.. I'm on the phone with Best Buy Citi credit card filing a dispute since the number I'm supposed to call, according to Citi, to get this resolved is disconnected

When placing an order on our website, an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure that funds are available. This is normally removed within several business days. In the event an order is cancelled, this can take up to one billing cycle, depending on the bank. You mentioned that it has now been two months and you haven't seen that hold resolved yet. Don’t expect them to put wires behind your wall. In some places this is a fire code violation. Thats what they told me. Overall am happy with the service. 75in lg tv.

Overpriced and insulting to long time Elite member

No thanks.

Shouldn't have bought it

The microwave sounds like an industrial leaf blower which is most likely because it was installed with the previous mounting bracket instead of the one that came with the new microwave. Plus, the delivery team was 75 minutes late.

Not Happy!!!

I could go into more detail, but it would take too much time to explain all the things that have made me so unhappy with them, Also, after requesting a call from their team leadership, I haven't heard anything.

With the benefits the membership brings, it would be more cost effective to get the membership than to not for my situation. Will do renew after the year… we will see.

Horrible

I have gotten the runaround with six different people trying to fix the issues that came about from getting appliance deliveries and the insulation people not installing the appliances and then notifying Best Buy that everything is complete. I’ve been getting the runaround for the past 6 to 7 months. I hate total tech and I hate Best Buy.

Not only is my phone covered but my other electronics are as well and you renew it every year. I never buy a high ticket item with out a warranty
