This Best Buy Total care membership program is a terrific bargain. We have been members since the beginning to protect and service the products we purchased at Best Buy. The Geek Squad is always responsive and thorough during service. They are truly a great team!

Love having this protection plan. Hands down the best. Verizon often ask us to purchase their plan. For now, I will stay with BestBuy. They have not let me down.

Based on my last service request, I do not think a membership has any value. No COMMUNICATION for almost three weeks and only excuse after excuse I get every week I went to the store to get information on the status of my unacceptable service. I also filed an unsatisfactory service to the company and still no one has contacted me. Membership HAS No VALUE.

Although this has significantly increased in cost (from $99 to $179 annually) it is totally worth it for me, they are my on site(at store) and online tech support, and it is embarrassing how often recently they've bailed me out, as I move from i-3 machine to i-7; and from Windows 7, 10 to 11; and Office 2013 to 2019, now 2024. Yikes
