Love the TotalTech Yearly Membership Plan, It's a value for the amount I paid. Just this year alone in 2022, The unlimited Geek Squad support aloud me free and proper installation on products I purchased, It paid for itself already. This plan is worth the money.

This is worth the money. Geek squad is always available after you make appointment with them to explain any issues you may have on the product..

Total Tech works they take care of your computer transferring all information and setup. It also covers speaker installs in your automobile in their Automotive section we got for new speakers and our car and the installation was at no additional cost.

With three people in our household, all using iPhones, Apple Watches, Mac Books, and more, the $199 cost of Total Tech covers ALL of the Apple Care for those devices. Highly worth it if you are covering many products like that.

Trying out this new service to supplement my warranty on purchases only gave four stars as it is new and still testing

I have already gotten my money’s worth and it’s only been like a month since purchasing my membership. There is a level of comfort knowing I have access to the geek squad & assistance with any issues on any tech in my home that comes up. Totally worth the money!

Glad I listened long enough to be nvest in the Total tech membership. I had already come to Best Buy with questions regarding another electronic device I did not purchase from them. Who knew I would bring in 3 devices in one week?

they give you no help also transfer you 1 paid 199 for the member ship which is a total rip off used 1 time a month later i canceled they gave a 55 dollar refund an they kept 150 for no help no service also said have to bring it to store for service

Seems like a good value as it will repair my many devices if they are broken. I've always had to take a laptop, desktop, watch or other device for repair or replacement after the warranty expires. This seemed like a good solution to buying insurance for each device.

I absolutely love this membership plan they have. I buy very frequently from best buy and getting their protection plans gets pricey over time so with this membership it is very very worth it without a doubt. I absolutely love it.

Legit if you get your computer setup, a radio install, home install, trouble shooting or discounts it will pay for itself. My only complaint is that the cost of some discounted services have changed from when this started.

Wish I would’ve bought this sooner to protect anything I buy electronic from Best Buy. They also help with any computers, even if you didn’t buy from Best Buy or electronic item in your house that you have questions about

We are somewhat tech challenged, so we tried Total Tech. Amazing! The telephone support is responsive and so very helpful. The in home service is efficient and professional. Personnel are friendly and polite. Will never be without this service.

I have needed repairs and the service fee is $80+ for every call and so far I have needed repairs on both washers I got less than 2 years ago. head somewhere else

I had issues with my MAC Laptop. While logging into my bank account the system would crash. Thanks to Agent Taylor Buckingham and his fellow Geeks my laptop is again functioning properly. OUTSTANDING!!!
