My Best Buy Total Membership is a great value and provides additional protection for each new product I purchase at no additional charge. Great protection for all my Best Buy purchases. Great value.

This has paid for itself since ive had it. It has been valuable and has many different uses and perks with your purchases. It is a little pricy but i like knowing all my tech and purchases are covered automatically with warranties. Also, I took advantage of free appliance install and haul away. I also had to bring in and unlock a laptop that had been given back to me by an employee who wouldnt let me recover their password. This normally would be $100.00 but was included with membership and so is Geek Squad support 24/7. Overall this is a good value if you shop at Best Buy fairly often.

I am very satisfied with the BestBuy total membership. It is one of the best services that BestBuy offers, especially if you are planning to buy several appliances. We bought the membership when we purchased our refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The membership gave me access to exclusive discounts, free delivery, and installation. A few months later, the water dispenser of the refrigerator stopped working. I contacted BestBuy, and they sent a crew to fix it in a few days. I did not work and they easily replaced the refrigerator. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend the BestBuy total membership to anyone who wants to save money and enjoy hassle-free service.

I like that they give you more time on the warranty of the product and that it takes 2 days to delivered

Was not impressed with the customer service when I picked up my computer. Very slow and they kept blaming it on the slow internet. As an electronics store, I would expect the internet to be the last issue they should have.

Best deal. Even though I am on a limited budget, this protection plan is worth the price. I highly recommended this to an acquaintance who is not tech savvy like me.
