The guy who helped us was really professional and helpful. I believe his name was Brandon. He took a lot of time with us and our very involved purchase and set up. I would look fir him whenever I have to return in the future.

When I had a new laptop installed, the techie did a thoroughly good job on setting things up the way I needed/wanted, He taught me some skills I requested. He spent plenty of time making sure I understood what was provided.

Totaltech membership is a great value for someone like me. My technology skills are limited and having Geek Squad staff available to set up new devices and to transfer data from the old ones to the new ones is necessary. They are always available to answer questions.

The membership while a bit pricey up front does add value in that they will replace an item if it breaks. Also helped that it allows you an inside scoop when things are going to go on sale (i.e. PS5) and discount at times.

Signed up for this when I purchased my TV. The cost for installation would have been the same as the cost for themembership. So I got installation and a year membership with all the benefitsfor the same cost. A no-brainer.

I spend a lot of time and money at Best Buy every year. This product works well for someone like me. I get special pricing also longer return dates as well as protection on new purchases. For someone that uses Best Buy like I do it’s was a no brainer for me

I have used the Totaltech program a number of times already. This had been a worthwhile value. The Geek squad is excellent in all the services they offer with this program. Get down to Best Buy and sign up. The cost is totally worth every penny.

I was very Leary about signing up, but so far it has saved me a bunch of money and hassle. They replaced and installed my dishwasher (included), and if my wall over ever gets here that install is free too. Now I am going to see if they fix ring Wi-Fi issues

So far we have had one home visit & several calls to solve issues or answer questions. Great response. We would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants comfort in knowing any cpu issues could be solved & quickly.

Incredible value if you are planning to purchase appliances or other products requiring delivery and install. It pays for itself very quickly. 24/7 geek squad is a major plus, they are very helpful with order concerns.

The yearly fee might seem high, but it is worth it for what you get. Best feature is the 2yr protection you get with it, That in itself is worth the $200. Second would be the exclusive access you get to purchase hard to get items. Would definitely recommend it

Purchased the protection plan again this year. My wife had some Mac issues and I didn’t want the high cost of a second party to do the repairs. End note the plan saved me money. Now I will use it to have some car audio installed.

I purchased this with my new iphone. Essentially we got AppleCare free with it and have 24 mo protection on this and our future purchases (need to renew totaltech yearly though). For me it’s a no brainer, Can’t go wrong with that!

Whereas they have been helpful in the past, this past March I called three times to get service and no one responded. I doubt that I will renew. I ended up having to pay someone else to come and fix my computer. The agent assigned to me, Nick, was nowhere to be found. A simple phone call would have been helpful to let me now when he would be able to help.

Had a freat time coming in for Thanksgiving qeekend and vetting appliances. Easy as can be. Just lick what hou need and they do the rest. They deliver it to your house and set everything up for you. Thank you best buy.
