So happy we purchased this membership. We have already needed to use it. Not to fix something, but to ask questions about downloading and streaming services. They were polite and very helpful.

Love having Protection I feel relaxed and at easy just knowing when accidents happen l am cover. love knowing l don't have to take out loans or spend my hard earned cash paying for my a mistake that's why I have the BB protection!

I purchased this so I could have a dash cam hardwired in my daughter’s car that she was planning to take to college. The Geek Squad technician drilled a hole through a hose in the engine that let all of the anti-freeze out into the front seat area of the car and then proceeded to try to hide the error by drilling holes into the floor pan of the car to let the anti-freeze drain out and putting tape and putty on the hose. When my kids returned to pick up the car, not one of the three technicians who standing there talking to each other bothered to say anything about the damage to the car. They let my children get in the car and drive off with no antifreeze in the car and holes in the floor board. The car lasted another 20 minutes and then my children were forced to pull over as residual anti-freeze poured onto the floor of the passenger and smoke came out of all of the vents and from underneath the hood. The car was towed to our car dealer where they documented the damage for us and our insurance company deemed the car a total loss. Still today, no one at Best Buy will tell me how to get a full refund for the cameras and the installation-gone-bad. I have not even received an apology from Best Buy, instead, they’re hiding behind Sedgwick and Sedgwick doesn’t return call or emails either.

I was surprised this membership included Apple Care when I purchased a new iPhone. That makes it even a better value. Love knowing all my tech concerns are covered for the year and I have prepaid full access to a knowledgeable tech team.

As an individual that has made numerous personal and business electronic purchases from Best Buy over the past several years I feel the Totaltech membership is well worth it should anything go wrong with any of the purchases.

I am loving the discounts that I receive in this membership. I was hesitant but the discounts alone are so worth it. I get discounts that are cheaper than open box in excellent condition

Bought a TV that is clearly defective. Waiting for that first issue to be resolved. Will follow up after the lengthy process…

I was hung up on when calling to schedule an install. Techs left cords hanging when I had my cameras and solar panels installed. I was given a 12 hour window for installation. They had to borrow tools, ladders to do an install. I cancelled my plan so it would not auto renew and it ended that day for all my extended warranties instead of after the year I paid for.

I love the total tech yearly membership from Best But because it protects all of my electronics for the year and I don’t have to worry about not getting repairs and replacements if something happens to my electronics Best Buy has my back

All I'm saying is that you can't go wrong with this at all. If you feel yourself wanting to get more tech but don't get a firm relationship with it, then you have no choice but to have a plan B. This is just an ultimate plan B.

very expensive and commitment entirely upfront but if you use the full benefits it can be worth it. Apple care on products and exclusive items ease the blow

On cyber Monday I purchased on-line a 75 inch Samsung TV that was advertised to include free delivery, installation, etc. I mistakenly orderded the Totaltech membership. When I tried to cancel it, I was they would on return $48 dollars and not the $214.99 that I was due. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

They sold me this when I already had a membership but I didn't know it due to automatic renewal. I cancelled my order after the installer didn't show for three appointments.Now I am getting jerked around because BB won't refund my Total Tech purchase price.

GREAT protection plan with all the support a person would ever need with great knowlegable techs to make things go smoother when trouble shooting any electronics .Makes me feel comfortable knowing they are here to help

I have had to replace a TV and a dryer within a couple months of each other and this has proven to be a great "buy"................free installation and delivery as well as Geek Squad services 24/7. Totally worth it!!!

From what i have seen there are good deal on a variety of products. The warranty with products. And the deals have already saved me money.. and more to come..

Was disappointed to find out that installation is not included in this package other than that help is a phone call away.

Saved $50 on the year pre-paid vs. delivery and installation plus removing the old oven. Anything i do with it in the next year is “profit” for me. Worst case ill wait to cancel in a year – I’ve set the reminder already.
