Peter Nunley from the Waterford, CT store was excellent in helping me update my new computer.

I have two tvs one has lasted hdmi box Gemini and picture is perfect esp with direct tv channels. The other tv suffers from a mediocre picture and has a 29 yr old direct tv box(hdmi). Isn’t it time to upgrade the box that is 22 years old (I believe)

This membership option is most definitely worth it. I have bought several Apple Products who are automatically covered with the membership. Also, you get a few perks/discounts when buying certain items.

I havent had to use them yet but its good to know they are here to help if needed
