I have been a GEEK SQUAD member for years. Just having the SQUAD at hand and doing the work online really helps as I am rural liver with 40 miles to the nearest BEST BUY. We just had a new tv and sound bar installed.

I used discounts but was not informed that any adjustments or refunds will be in the form of store gift card which does not expire. Some benefits are not clear and subject to change at any time.

First impressions are everything and I had the unfortunate experience at the time of purchase to have an employee order (they didn’t have in stock) an item from the same store I was currently in. This led to me having to cancel the order online, wait for a refund and finally repurchase from another store myself. Generally the customer service is pretty great but I honestly can’t recommend this membership if these are the kind of mistakes they make on the day to day. Finally, another star is lost for the lack of theft and loss protection on their applecare and thats a dealbreaker and I wasn’t made aware of.

I have been using Best Buy Geek Squad for years now and have only been 100% pleased, each time I bring my computers to them. So knowledgable and helpful, taking the time to help me understand more about computers, plus all the good buys I have gotten from the store.

Have used Geek Squad to transfer data from old laptop to new Dell Inspiron 14, to assist with wifi connection for HP Laserjet M140we printer, and to resolve issues with laptop. Geek Squad member Lashawna Leaton at Saint Petersburg store is professional, patient, informative, In short, she is a great asset to the team!

Decided to try a yearly membership and find I no longer stress if one of my computers needs attention. I"m pretty tech-savvy but I don't like replacing my own batteries (the big ones inside the laptop or adding memory myself. I love that they come to your house! I've already had a house call and was happy with the service

This is a no-brainer. I truly recommend this for the peace of mind it gives to any highly technical item purchased. I've already used the Geek Squad concerning computer transfers. There are also added perks, such as installations and haul aways for many things. A must if you're making several purchases.

With the purchase of this membership, I get the convenience of all things get installed without hassle. I find this membership very useful. So far, I have 2 cooktops installed and free haul away, expecting another exhaust hood to be delivered and installed. The membership took care of all! Highly recommend it!

Simply Love it , and regret my decision to choose this service after a long time. You cant imagine how peaceful is 60 days return policy , and total tech installation and some more benefits as well . So my advice is go ahead and choose it . They are doing their best to make good coustomers feel like king or queen

So far my only issue is the app doesn’t show my Membership status nor my new laptop so setting up appointments has been a hassle. But calling my local Best Buy so far has been ok to get help. Best Buy needs to fix this.

The peace of mind knowing that all my tech purchase such Klipsch 14” RP subwoofer, LG C2 83” Oked TV, floor speakers etc. are protected is totally worth it. If you have lots of electronics and tend to have problems with them working properly then total tech is great. If you are the average person who just buys a new one when the old one breaks then it is not for you

I love the Best Buy total tech membership. It is complete piece of mind for equipment and products that I buy that are costly. I never want to be in a situation where just have no one to work out the problem or replace the item.
