If you shop at Best buy often this is well worth it all protection plans automatic. Wish someone told me sooner. They will even install tvs replace items and cover any all for the 200 original price

Service sounds great but I didn’t work for me couldn’t fix my washer

Was told that this covers t.v repairs....The tech told me that they dont install 3rd party parts though the call-in number said they do....I bought the t.v from Best Buy and they wont touch it.....Fail..

I have had my computer in twice. 1. The fan went out. 2. I was hacked. Both times the service was fantistic and the repair of my computer was in a timely manner and the repair fixed my computer. I really like this service.

I have to say I like it still a lot to work out but love it. And will love to see more that come out of it.

Great repair service. It was going to cost me about $300 to get my laptop repaired so the membership was a better deal. Still kind of expensive though.

Jorge was an amazing sales associate in the Fayetteville store. He was very knowledgeable on many products and took the time to explain different options on televisions. His recommendation on the Total Tech membership was great.

No point in baving it if I cannot use it when I need it and they want to charge me more than i paid

I rate excellence on all memberships at Best Buy because their service is excellent. I renew every time as it is convenient. But again, only renew if you use it and if you have a family that takes advantage of the service.

I was persuaded to buy totaltech instead of the geek squad plan for a new cellphone... huge mistake. After one year with totaltech, before renewal, my phones coverage showed it wouldn't be active after the year was up. I was then told not all devices get 2 year coverage with totaltech. We are now having issues with the phone but we have no coverage. A total waste of money!

This membership is a real bargain. My first install of a new dishwasher, paid for itself. now I get the rest of the year for free and I'm sure something will break or need replacing. Murphy's Law seems to work in 3's.

I feel this is great membership which is worth taking if you are buying large appliances or expensive tech products. This saves some dollars on the products and provides free installation for products bought. I've taken this for the first time to test it's worth.

Been looking out for TV, it shows cant availble in my zip code and if i want to buy need to go to 70 miles away store. I have a small car cant which cant fit a 85inch big TV atleast Best Buy would offered Free Delivery Service. Been a Best Buy Paid Member expect atleast Free Delivery. Big Thumbs down to third class Service. Highly Disappointed with this Attitude.

I have already received benefits and support that far exceeded in value the price that I paid. All my dealings with the Geek Squad were pleasant. Geek squad members were unfailingly polite, professional and interested in helping me.

I think this membership is a great value in as much as they tried to repair my old computer to no avail but I intern bought a bee one they completely set up no additional cost except for Microsoft office they installed

Dont have a best buy totaltech yearly membership, it was added without my consent at purchase when I purchased an apple watch charger for a friend and cancelled immediately, apparently but shouldnt be showing up on my account due to no fault of Best Buy. This is why I love Best Buy and hate Apple products. :C

This membership will save you money. Especially if you by a lot of tech. It will cove all tech bought during your membership period.

This membership is great value. Unlimited access to geek squad is really great. This really helped when I purchased kitchen appliances and the installations went seamless. I would definitely recommend this service
