I love that best buy total protects your purchases up to 24 months, without needed to buy individual warranties on gadgets. I have had totaltech before they changed it to best buy total for years and have never regretted this purchase.

I have had the membership for a year now. Got it when I was purchasing a laptop as they offered a $100 usd additional discount. I wanted to purchase an accidental warranty and was surprised to see this membership included it, and not just for one product but for all the products I purchase with my account. I got a phone later in the year and feel safe to know it has accidental damage protection. Would strongly recommend if you are seeking to purchase a computer and phone to really make the most of it!

Total Tech has been great up to last month when I found out they no longer offer free delivery and install. I have always told anyone I could about it and that will probably stop. I will continue to be a member, and but at the store and on line unfortunately like the rest of the Corporate world don’t want to take care of their customers.

I honestly think the Totaltech membership is a great service provided by smart people that add a lot of value when it comes to different technology items that might become defective. I do know this service is great for the installation of operating systems, thus it can be very useful in case you have a laptop or a desktop that's over two or three years old. If you're not on a budget like I am, and if you're not extremely tech savvy, I would even consider maintaining this as a permanent service, because there's so many features and help that you can get just by chatting or with the call or use of a phone. The discounts provided also make it a very useful and an excellent product or service to add to your list of yearly memberships. I highly recommend the addition of Totaltech membership to your list services. It can save you both time and money.

This membership is a must have if you are a constant shopper at Best Buy. The deals and the help you get from Geek Squad are amazing. I highly recommend
