Annoyed that you had to het the membership in order to get the ps5. Havent used it yet but at least it gives me peace of mind that my things will protected.

I bought this membership when I purchased a new OLED TV. I plan to have the TV mounted and wires run through the wall. Signing up for this program is really a no brainer if you are going to have additional services performed.

This membership has been totally worth it. I have complete peace of mind with all of my products knowing I have the total tech support - especailly for big ticket items like my iPad, printer, TV, etc. I definitely recommend investing in this membership.

I had gotten away from the total package decided to go back it's just worth having with all the electronics in the household they make good coverages there's a lot of things that you can use with it that actually helps everywhere that you purchase electronics

Well worth the money - unlimited Geek help with any question as well as repairs on all Apple products for a year. With a iPad Mini 6 and a 8 year old MacBook pro, and an iPhone, my Apple family is well taken care of - and the squad men are great to work with.

There is nothing better in the market that Total Tech offered by Best Buy. It virtually pays for itself when buying new products from Best Buy and having them professionally deliver and install any new electronics.

I am so very pleased that I purchased the "total tech support", after my purchase ( 77" LG OLED ) was brought out and set up i had 3 different issues ( 1 my fault ) and all of them were taken care of no questions asked. Again, very pleased i have this program.

Tjis membership is such a great addition to add for your purchases. the discounts that it comes with on products are decent and total tech covers the majority of your purchases when log in to your account to purchase

I want to thank tech support enough for their understanding of my circumstances with my apartment complex. Even though the complex didn't understand the new refrigerators use less electric than the old one in my apartment kitchen!

Amazing prices every now and then overall it is decent if you’re a big spender or a frequent buyer at Best Buy nice perks with apple and majority of items that include geek squad protection and whatnot only worth it if you’re a frequent buyer.

If you're building a PC you need to get this if you don't know how to build it may help you even if you mess it up bring it back to the store or they have Greek Squad take over your computer and they fix it automatically

Super helpful. Im able to get help on all my electronics (which are many since I help run a business and use a lot of tech). I was recently surprised to find that I also get free install on appliances with this. Nice!

This membership is awesome I think that everything that it gives the customer is unbelievable!! Auto tech membership is absolutely worth it guys with so much benefits there's no way you can go wrong and Nick was really awesome and very caring and supportive.

Both Geek Squad visits were a failure, and the requirement to spend so much time on the phone with your Philippine based customer service makes me reluctant to call back again. They couldn't even get the address right to send the technician. Can't speak English. Total waste of money.

We've already saved a lot with total tech membership. We bought it initially for one purchase, and already it paid off then. It's also helping us with other purchases, installations, and delivery. Good value.

Having Totaltech was awesome, they fixed my computer when I thought nothing else could be done. They backed up everything for me as well. I would definitely recommend having Totaltech. They were very friendly.
