Geek Squad really knows their stuff. Recently had printer problems which were caused by an Ethernet switch which had given up. Two of the ports had quit working. Didn’t have to replace the printer. No charges for the service. Great job!

Best Buy requires you to buy memberships in order to return items over two weeks, which is asinine. Do not buy products from Best Buy. Horrible customer service from a dying business. Lost a long-time customer.

I've only made two purchases and this is already saved me time and money plus the free title music trial has changed my mind and I switched over to that service as well. Especially like the 24/7 access to customer service chat

If you buy a ton of stuff sure. But everything comes with Manu warranty now

I I have often avoided accepting any offers at the end of any transactions because I've always felt like it was just a company trying to get over but I'm going to say Best Buy has soared above and beyond my expectations for anything thank you

This membership has great value as its an umbrella protecting all your devices. I have alot of devices and there individual 2 year warranty would add up way over the 200 price point. The only down side is they charge a service fee now to use the warranty

Absolutely amazing!!! A must have if you’re a Best Buy customer and the service is second to none!!! I love it!!! In fact, I’ve purchased four T.V.’s a fridge and washer and dryer and they set everything up for me at no cost, I couldn’t believe it…

Received this product today. It was in EXCELLENT QUALITY when I received it. Easily un-boxed and able to set up. All items were present. I have to say this was the quickest set-up I've ever had for any type of device (T.V, PC, Laptop, Phone, etc.).

This is a great service for someone like me, who isnt an expert when it comes to technology and sometimes, I break things. Its nice to know things will be corrected timely and also I will be advised how to avoid it in the future.

TotalTech membership is worth it if you are buying any appliance from Best buy for the included delivery, installation and warranty. Added bonus is Apple care for Apple products. But $199/year renewal may be steep.

We actually thought maybe we wouldn't use this and it would be a waste of money but turns out to be very, very helpful!! We have had a couple things fixed. We had a new phone set up. The people are helpful and patient.

Includes installation but had to install ourselves. Washer/dryer delivered without stacking kit. Waited another week for stacking kit and installation while dryer sat in living room. Stacking kit showed up but the guy said he doesn’t install. Would have had to wait another week for install but had laundry to do so we stacked it and hooked up ourselves which wasn’t fun. Not worth it.

The people were friendly but the service was taking to long. I had purchased parts to have a gaming pc built and it was almost 4 weeks before it was being built. Friend of mine told me to bring the parts to him and he had it built and running in 3 hours. I get that bestbuy employees have other work to do but 4 weeks. That not acceptable for a pc build.

This membership is great. I have already used it for several calls and services. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Comparing the membership costs to the individual services, I've more than covered my initial cost!

This was a disgusting purchase. I bought TotalTech for a dishwasher delivery/installation. Northwest Appliance Installers truck died on Monday and they sent an impersonal text message. Best Buy then fumbled two installation appointments after despite confirmation emails being received. I have no faith in their ability to follow through. This was a great disappointment.

The total tech is necessary to have if you have electronics. It keeps you’re from worry if you will get an answer if your product is damaged or not. I rely on it and it’s very helpful. I suggest everyone review how it helps because it can’t hurt.

The guys at my local best buy seemed knowledgeable. They asked a lot of questions to be sure they knew my problem so they could fix it.

Love having the Totaltech membership. We have not had to use it up to this point, however, we are in the market to buy a new refrigerator soon. It is nice knowing this program will also cover any other items that we purchase from Best Buy!

I just wanted to communicate to you how much I enjoyed my experience with the employee named Ashley who helped today. She was patient, intelligent, knowledgeable, and has style. Try to keep her if you can. Giving her a raise is a good idea.
