The Geek Squad set up my laptop as part of the Total Tech plan. It was done in one day and was exactly to the specifications we established ahead of time. They also cleared all the 'trashware' from my new computer.

Well the fact that i wss gonna have to spend $170 on a phone protection plan, but they offered this and it covers the same issues, is great. On top of that there is a ton of products that youll get great savings on!

The membership is definitely worth it if you take full advantage of all the benefits or plan to buy appliances any time soon.

This seemed great when we purchased it, but one install team failed to install a new hose that we purchased. Since we purchased an entire kitchen suite, this save us a lot fair amount of $$$. Worth the purchase.

This is the worst membership. It is impossible cancel it and they keep trying to charge my credit card so because I have tried to cancel on line, my card willl not approve the charge and then I get a fraud alert and have to be issued a new card. It is impossible to cancel this membership online, in person at a store or on the phone.

even though the new computer is easy to use and the Geek squad installation went well, there are always questions that arise as you start to use the new device. The Totaltech membership is well worth the cost. Their support has been great.

I have found that this is a very important part to make part of your purchase. I had to use it once in the past for brand new item & I was so glad that I had the Total Tech. They offer great assistance when you need it.

Good idea if you buy things from bestbuy on a regular basis. Downside is you have to go in store to set up installation at same time of purchase.

The plan covers many services, Maintenance on my son’s computer, delivery and installation of electronics. We had to replace several items this year so it was a good investment. Very knowledgeable and helpful installer.

In today's world of temperamental technology, I would definitely not go without Best Buy Total Tech. Any questions and they have/get the answers. It extends your warranty, and should you have an issue, the Geek Squad is right there.

This is a good deal if you need assistance with your purchase. I've used this service for a couple of problems already. Plus, I purchased it when I bought the IPad and the cost of the IPad was reduced. It's a good deal.

I would give Best Buy delivery and install negative stars if I could. Twice they didn’t show or call. Then when they finally came, the installer refused to install. I followed the prep guide exactly. Installer made up new preparations on the spot. I will never use their delivery and install service again.
