I’ve always had an excellent experience at Best Buy. I have purchased all my appliances from Best Buy and I’ve never had a problem. My deliveries have been on time rain or shine they come when they said they coming.

I like the coverage provided by this membership. what Best Buy does NOT tell you, however, is that they do not have enough "Geeks" to cover demand. It took six days to do a data transfer from my old PC to my new one that I purchased from best Buy. The coverage is nice, but turnaround leaves a lot to be desired.

Geek Squad member Justin at the Valley Stream store is amazing with his customer service, I first noticed this young man as he was approaching customers while we wait on the service line, he was polite to everyone he spoke with and I remember thinking, I hope he's the associate I get to help me, Lucky me I did! I came into Best Buy for tech support, Justin made me comfortable enough to ask my tech questions, I had to leave my brand new expense laptop, which made me nervouse but Justin assured me my laptop was in good hands at Best Buy. Two days later I picked up my laptop and again greeted by Justin who informed me of the services done to my laptop and what was done to protect it. My computer is working smoothly and I will return to Best Buy in the future for all my device services. Thank you Geek Squad and especially thank you Justin! Sincerely, Reina W

Peace of mind has a price. This membership provides that. I haven't used it much, but I'm glad I know I can if I have to.

So far, the yearly membership has already paid itself off. It’s been very useful, fixing a few issues with my laptop. I’ll definitely be renewing it once it’s over.

One of the best purchases I have made at Best Buy. The membership basically pays for itself. The amount of savings that comes with the membership more than exceeds the yearly price. Every apple purchase comes with free AppleCare(a $29.99 value). Not to mention other services that Best Buy provides are either free or discounted. I have not regretted purchasing this membership at all!

This membershio is a good value and gives peace of mind.

This membership has been a “Godsend”! geek Squad has made my technology challenged self stress free when it came to setting up my MacBook Pro and my Apple Magic Mouse! I had no idea what I was doing and they were extremely helpful and kind when I brought the items in! Also I had a problem which was on my end trying to run a program for school and it was way beyond “normal business” hours but the Beat Buy agent was able to get me connected to a Geek Squad agent and they were able to solve my computer problem remotely really helped with my stress and anxiety!

I always get the membership especially if you use a lot of electronics it’s worth getting. Having geek squad be able to help you at all time with no charge is great!!
