    Very nice people, Easy to work with. Do not buy just for the free install. Installers are contracted and not very good.

    A change in summer is charging beyond norm. I had 2 appts no show, quote not honored despite messages, emails n calls over n over. Cheap service when you pay for no service or customer resolutions. $740 quote to install video doorbell n 2 cameras. Good deal nope. Bad associates treat me as. Nothing valued.

    If you were a true Best Buy shopper this is the membership you want to have. You can’t take the upfront cost as being a lot of money. Because at the very end, you will make all your money back with all the savings and exclusivity you can possibly get.

    the concept of the membership is good but the contractors/geek squad agents are not that great. 1. contractors/third party agents quote higher prices to BestBuy even if they did very minor job. You will not be paying anything but still not ethical thing to do. 2. not very agent who was assigned for your task may be competent for that job, it's just frustrating. ex: the person who came for us TV mount suggesting us to get a different mount and giving lot of reasons why the mount will not work.. after couple hours, right person came and mounted the tv. you will be wasting lot of time. 3. Geek Squad keeps sending wrong persons for the job you requested for, the appointment gets rescheduled with the assurance that it will be fixed the next time but it continuously happens. we paid for flood light camera installation as it is not covered under TotalTech, they never sent electrician who can do wiring and install the camera.

      Hi, Nottechie. I completely understand your disappointment with the service you have received. That is not the level of care we are trying to achieve for our Totaltech members. If you are still needing that flood light camera installed, please give us a call at your convenience at 888-237-8289 (888-BEST-BUY) and make it abundantly clear that this is a wired camera install, and requires Best Buy to send one of our authorized service providers to do the work. In general, Geek Squad agents do not maintain the required electrical certifications, so we bring in expert technicians to do that type of job. In my opinion, the agents you spoke with when scheduling should have figured that out and sent the correct technicians the first time. I'm also quite disappointed to hear about the other items you mentioned (questions about the correct TV mount, contractors quoting odd pricing), and you are completely right that that should not be happening. If you are so inclined, please give us a call and let the phone agent know what happened on those occasions. The agent can escalate those experiences to Best Buy's field management (the bosses that oversee those agents) for an appropriate response. BBY-ExBrand_Totaltech

    The amount of benefits built into this is really amazing! 60 day return policy, waived restocking fees, free install on hardware purchased at Best Buy, free and fast shipping/delivery and the members only offers are insane! It’s an absolute no brainer!!!!

    When I purchased total tech I saved the money i would of spent for installation on my range hood and saved money on the price of the rage hood and money I would have spent on the warranty. I saved more on what I bought than what total tech cost.

    Since I am not very savvy about computers, my Totaltech membership has been a lifesaver. Already two times in three months members of the Geek Squad have come to my home to help me with things I didn't know how to do.

    Geek squad service included set up in my home and recycling of my old equipment. Was pleasantly surprised the fee for disposal of my old monitor was waived with my membership. I will rest easy knowing I will always have back up when needed.

    This has saved me so much money., aggravation and effort I have had a lot of problems with product integration (not BestBuy's fault) and some defective products. It is so much easier than dealing with the manufacturer.

    This membership ended up being just a few dollars more than opting out and then paying for delivery/installation/haul away. Purchased 2 dishwashers so it was less overall. Any issues, the value will improve even more.

    I am so glad that I became a member because I don't have to worry about not having my purchases covered under warranty because this covers every purchase no matter what and extends the time that you have to return a purchase.

    I initially purchased this to save $50 on the installation of my TV but was pleasantly surprised to learn that it extends the warranty of all my new electronics. I definitely plan on renewing this again next year.

    This has been great!!! I've only had the total tech for a approximately 2 weeks and I have to say it is so worth it. I've been able to bring in computers to be fixed and updated with little to no fees. I'd recommend it to everyone I know

    I am highly impressed with warranty, service and discounts included. Enjoy the coverage of multiple devices for 2 years. Not crazy about the price and the yearly part of it. I think it would be better to do a monthly subscription sort of.
