Having had to visit Best Buy frequently with my “problems” I can assure you it is worthwhile. They give you an appointment time and are very good at being punctual.

It does everything I expected it to do. It was just a matter of plug and play.

i enjoyed it while it lasted but as a person who purchases not too many items at bestbuy, i found it a bit expensive. kinda wished membership cost changes depending on how many products i buy yearly

Great Fitbit, very helpful when monitoring heart rate and steps. plus, many other options like your sleeping habits.

It made more sense to get this membership than to purchase an extended warranty for our tv purchase, and it covers all appliances for just as long as a separate warranty. No brainer

Best Buy's 'Total Tech' services have for me proved a godsend. I have 2 apple "macbook pro' laptop computers, which periodically need repairs--&/or I need assistance (as a non-tech'-savvy senior) on how to use them properly. The Geek Squad's patient assistance has proved invaluable. I often come to them feeling utterly frustrated & cranky, but after their assistance I inverably leave relieved, satisfied & grateful. While I try to avoid hyperbolizing, from my experiences with the Geek Squad they've been nothing short of SUBERB!

I couldn't live without my Best Buy total membership. Every time I have a problem with my computer, I call them up, and remotely they take over the computer, diagnose what's wrong and fix it.

If you have ever thought about purchasing this service from Best Buy I highly suggest you do. To many it seems pricy but I mean you are saving hundreds if not thousands of dollars if you religiously shop at best buy and on top of the sales it has you get totaltech exclusives, you can also get some items before others so pre ordering is much easier. home appliances, Televisions, and yard or home equipment seem to be the most popular items to go on sale so if you find yourself needing items like those, this is a no brainer. Not to mention everything is insured as long as you have your total tech subscription active. So no extra insurance fee, unless you as at the desk.

You have a complete disconnect between what your sales folks tell customers and what the delivery employees are actually allowed to do during delivery and setup.
