I ordered my dishwasher and it was back ordered so I had to order another one. The person on other line at totaltech was very patient and courteous and order was processed seamlessly. Overall great customer service!

If you plan on buying more...it protects everything, even things like cords + you can get better sale prices on some items

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend. The online support is very responsive. I think it is worth the money. Had a glitch on install and the reps called right away and could not be more helpful.

Got this membership when I purchaed new kitchen appliances. I have 2 broken knobs on my stove. I figured this should be pretty easy to handle, the knobs just press on. Well after talking through chat they wanted to send someone out, that seemed like a waste of time to me, either way they were over 2 weeks out for an appointment (glad it wasnt something more major) so they set up and in store appointment for me to bring the knobs... this isnt rocket science they are plastic knobs just order me some. I decide to stop in store before my appointment thinking maybe the rep i talked to didnt understand. I brought the knobs with me and they looked at me like i had six heads. Sent me to the appliance department who then just gave me the geek squad number. The person i talked to on the phone there basically said tell them I need knobs and then they will order you some cause they are in warranty. I told her I already tried that. So now I have an appointment to pretty much do what I already did but at my set time. Which I dont imagine is going to go much differently. Gonna try reaching out to samsung for some knobs because so far this had been quite a pain and i really don't want to waste another ride over there.

I didn't even have to think twice about getting this membership I don't like problems and I know that when you buy electronics things often happen so to have this extra added peace of mind and not have to even think about it was a no-brainer.

Love the fact that I have support any time I get frustrated. Especially like the fact that I can go into the store or call in to get tech support.

It's great since the older I get, the less I understand electronics. I can call any time day or night and have someone walk me through the process or take over my computer remotely and fix the problem.

The value, confidents with the technical staff (online and instore) and proven results I received year after year is outstanding. i will never be without this service! I am always treated as a valued customer by Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

I didn't like how all my protection plans got cancelled because i was unaware my bank declined the big transaction.

The savings from my subscription paid for itself within a month, I had two different orders with delivery and setup. I like the fact that I can call anytime and get assistance!

If you look at what it costs for installation alone, this is definitely worth it. Save yourself the time, hassle, and inconvenience. This is especially good if you make multiple purchases from Best Buy throughout the year.

While I can't say a lot about the online service the in store tech's have been great. They are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.

This service pays for itself already paid for mounting a tv and removing the old one and installing a fridge and hauling the old one away. Plus 24 months of warranty support / AppleCare+ on apple products. It’s a steal

I purchased TotalTech with my Viking Dishwasher. Four months later the dishwasher stops working. BestBuy bounces me around like a ping pong ball with their service. Finally refer me to Viking manufacturer's warranty. TotalTech is absolutely worthless.

$500 spent on this plan and they never fixed my laptop I purchased with this plan. Don't buy!

This is the best thing since sliced bread! It covers all my appliances, computers and vacuum cleaners. Sure helped on delivery and setup of my new washer/drier. No worries, I'm covered. WELL worth the money.
