I’m so happy I added the total tech to my purchase . I got it when I purchased my computer 6 months ago. I used it again when I bought my new phone in January and again when I bought 2 tvs. I have saved over $1,000. I am very pleased

I completely recommend getting the totaltech subscription from bestbuy. I've always thought Best Buy was a wonderful store that i loved. Adding this subscription has allowed me to buy my ps5 as well as other electronics i enjoy.

Totaltech gives a reason to shop at best buy over competitors. Most everything you purchase includes a protection plan that you don't have to pay in advance to have, and if the item needs delivery or install, it's included with Totaltech!

Stay away from this ”membership”. One day delivery never happens so their claim of “free one day/same day” is false because literally all your products will be delayed and lost. I had 5 different orders in a span of two weeks getting delayed initially and then lost in transit. Next, the 24*7 customer support is not good either because you get referred to some agent overseas that claims that he/she has no permissions to cancel an order. They ask you to call customer support (have done that over 7 times this week) and half of those people either cancel or expect you to wait 20-30 days for the order to cancel. So once you invest your money and they delay the shipping, expect your money to be stuck in a loop for a while. Not worth the hassle overall. You’re better off without this membership since shipping is a nightmare with bestbuy and if the product is available at a store, all their “perks” are downright cons. Coming from a guy that ordered quite a few things that were never delivered and has to wait a month to get his money back because bestbuy messed up.

I am so glad I bought Totaltech! I am a woman who lives alone so I needed these guys to come and mount my TV for me. They can also fix your appliances so this was much needed. The team wore shoe covers in my home and were very polite.

This was immediately used to copy over data from existing laptop to a new laptop purchased. The software O365 was also installed easily. No issues after the work that was completed within a quick response time as well.

I called today and i love how they are able to come out and install tvs and equipment for free. And even of i did it myself they will send someone out to lool o we it for free. Best thing i paid for at best buy

This is NOT worth it. Renews annually($200) and although I was lead to believe that it replaces items that aren’t able to be repaired this was not the case with our television. I would only get 20% off the cost of repairs. They make it sound like a great deal in the store but it’s really not worth it. I’ve never been the type to buy warrantees and now I know why.

This membership is great. Great value for the money. Geek squad is very friendly and knowledgeable. I like being able to calling on them 24/7. They resolved the problem I was having with my wi-fi and printer.

Incredible service and peace of mind for very little money. Had professional wall mounting and audio setup by geek squad and they were very nice and answered all my questions.I highly recommend becoming a total tech member!!!

I am trying this service for the first time. I did it to get AppleCare+ on my iPhone. I think it's a good option for iPhones.

Skeptical but pleasantly surprised with the entire process. The piece of mind, courteous staff, timely updates and delivery are very much appreciated when buying tech items that are somewhat fragile but very powerful.

This membership worked for me paid for itself with the first two purchases do you not like the fact it it is on an auto renewal will cancel that

Buyer beware. Misleading benefits. Was charged $50 to ship item for repair although agent confirmed covered by membership who advise me to visit the store and speak to a manager to get a refund. Store advises to call "VIP" membership customer representative, No one call resolution as two different answers by two different phone agents were given. No soft skills, lack of professionalism with agents cold transfer, long hold time without asking or return to line after two minutes, excessive dead airtime and refer customers to site for information as opposed to offering assistance. No one call resolution as the typical "we have different systems" excuses are given. Avoid at all cost.

The Geek Squad has been fantastic, and we've been able to avail ourselves of some very timely and useful help getting our computer and wifi systems functioning. It's a wonderful deal and I highly recommend it.

I love that this membership covers everything I purchase at Best Buy and provides tech support for anything already in my home. Ive bought a laptop, monitor, peripherals and instead of purchasing separate plans for each, this covers everything.

It was worth it for the delivery. Not it's not worth much for how much the yearly fee is.

The membership is ok. Not a fan of the price tag. But if you shop at Best Buy a lot it’s worth it. And is now required for certain purchases

Although I haven't been a total tech member for very long I've already saved through shipping and the total tech member discounts. Having the added protection on my purchases also gives me peace of mind

The membership offers a lot for only $200 per year. Instead of paying $400 for the TV install it’s free. The TV, MacBook Pro, and Panasonic 4K player are covered for free. Excellent value, very satisfied!
