    This has been a life saver - or at least a sanity saver. It paid for itself in less than a month. And the people I spoke with were both very pleasant and quite knowledgeable.

    If you didn’t buy the product that needs servicing at Best Buy you want them to look at it. They broke my dryer. Was running loud and after they worked on it no heat and didn’t complete a cycle. Came back out and accused us of putting the power cord on wrong still not working

    Great service! Bought some TVs and the geek squad came out to hang them. 3 guys came. Very professional, knowledgeable and charming. Really cared about making us happy. Great value for all the perks. Especially if you buy more than one tv.

    I have had an awesome experience with Total Tech coverage. I got free installation, Tech support and additional protection time for electronics. 199 is well worth it. Installation alone would have been more without Geek squad assistance

    Geek Squad support is always a plus in troubleshooting issues I've had in the past. The extended no hassle warranty is awesome. Still waiting to see how the priority access to limited products works, but that will be the icing on the cake.

    I had an issue with gift card refund and I had to call them more than 10 times to get it resolved. And it took them over months to get my money back. Then immediately I cancelled my membership.

    Makes a great deal of sense to purchase this membership; for all the areas it covers. Does not leave you "hanging", in case you have a need beyond the manufacturer's warranty. It also covers the mondain necessities.

    When I purchased my PC from BestBuy I bought the Totaltech Membership because of the benefits it afforded. However, when my PC needed repair I was told that there was no one in my area to service that need and they didn't know when they would have anyone available. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

      Geek Squad support in store is available, services unavailable in the store would have the computer sent out to a Service Center to take care of covered costs, with possible labor or parts costs that may be billed if not covered under a plan.     The real value of this is that when you consistently buy electronic products, you won't need to buy any additional warranty coverage because the coverage will already be applied to the new product.

    We purchased the Totaltech membership not knowing that our laptop's hard drive needed replacing. We thought the problem was a minor repair. So grateful to have the security of knowing we have the Geek Squad to depend on for help and service.

    I was totally shocked by the terrible customer service and total tech from Best Buy. 1. First of all if you need to haul away old appliance and installation, make sure you have them added separately in your order. Otherwise you only get delivery and will be charged even you have total tech membership. 2. I have scheduled installation with delivery but the guys delivered the appliances told me the installation is not on their list. Confirmed with customer service the installation was added but still need to reschedule. 3. I was mis charged additional $100+ for no reason by Best Buy without notification after order was placed. I reached out to customer service when it was still pending on my credit card and I was told it would not be charged. Then 5 days later, it was charged and I was told it was for some kind of authorization and will be refunded soon. Then after 15 days it was still charged, and the customer service told me it would be refunded within 1 billing cycle. Finally, after 1 month there is no refund and I reached out to customer service and was being transferred back and force between different apartments and each one has their own explanation and finally I was told they can't find it?? Speechless.
