We purchased totaltech when we needed delivery, haul away, and installation. We thought the price was high, but it has since paid for itself with a second large item delivery, the member prices, and the free shipping

Definitely worth purchasing this when we bought our 4 new iPhones as it turned out to be cheaper than buying Apple Care and we can use the Geek Squad for any other equipment issues/questions that come up so that's icing on the cake.

I actually tried to give this five stars. This allowed me to make certain purchases i wouldnt have been able to without. Was worth the buy.

Member exclusive items are what sold me on this , plus the extended warranty and other bonuses. If you are constantly shopping at Best Buy this is a must have. It pays for itself.

I was tossed about this but overall it's been worth it to weed out the bots that buy up everything. It's a tad pricey but overall, worth it.

I keep upgrading my car stereo. TotalTech is awesome since I never get charged for installing new speakers or amps. Saved a ton of money and get a warranty too.

The Geek Squad support is valuable to anyone who has electronic equipment. They were instrumental in setting up my new antenna, and I am amazed at the number of channels available in a rural community!

The TotalTech program is a great advantage, especially when buying 3 appliances at once. Very happy it covers installation, haul-away and parts.....could not be happier.

This is the best decision I've made this year if u just moved in a new home and u have a lot of projects this is your best decision save a lot of time and hassle no matter how big your project is.

Geek Squad is great, had to use them to walk me through the new programs I hadn't used before. He took his time, explained every move and made it where I could use my new computer! They have a friend for life!

I ordered a 50 inch TV for my sister and they never delivered it. The first delivery they claimed it was delivered but wasn’t. The second time they never showed. The third time they moved the days 3 times. This was the worst experience I ever had with Best Buy. A TV I brought on Feb 12 might not get to her house until Christmas with the help of Santa lol.

First time to try it but I belive this will be the best , I get all my electronics covered with just a $200 a year , what’s a great deal

membership has its benefits. free installation is a plus but help with computer problems is the most valuable to me.

I was sold by the fact it saves money on ink, it give very good quality printing.

I bought a new house and three 65+ big screen tvs. They mounted all of them, ran wires in the walls. You would have paid $200 for one TV mounted by some professionals. The Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly.

They’re helpful! My Realtor bought a membership and was very very happy and said they simplified the setup of all her IT , telephone and televisions in her home. They also were helpful with security devices.

I got the membership as an item i was going to get was cheaper. This basically paid for the membership no issues. I love how I get extended warranty even with open box items and purchase tons of stuff which will now have warranty.

This membership can probably have some benefits for people who actually buy regularly from Best Buy, but I only bought it for one purpose. At the time of purchase, the rtx 3000 series of graphics cards were locked behind this pay wall. I bought it hoping to get a founders edition which would have saved money in the end, but then Best Buy hasn't restocked founder's edition cards for over a month. So, I got a refund. All the actual benefits couldn't actually be used by me because they give free shipping on expensive orders anyway and they don't even ship graphics cards. Overall a waste of money. Also, I tried to take advantage of the 24/7 tech support with a live agent which is the least they can do given the circumstances. I tried getting help for a simple issue that could've been resolved online, but I got a bot response which said to bring it to the store. I fixed it myself after a while without ever leaving my home.

We buy a lot of appliances. Having total tech saves us lots of money with the free delivery and removal or moving of old appliances. I also have a personal customer service person who helps set up deliveries.

Loving this new protection membership. If you shop at Best Buy regularly, this will pay for itself in no time! Free delivery and install on appliances. Free phone support. Discounted repair services, etc… Excellent service!
