Wasn't informed when it was finished and it sat at the store for 3 days before I discovered it was ready. Was supposed to get $75vstore credit when I signed up. Was told it would take 2 weeks and I had to go to the store twice to get it taken care of.

Worth the money especially if you have multiple. Also just found out, any electronic or item at the store that you can pay for and has a warranty, can be covered under this same warranty at no extra cost.

I have always paid for my warranties so It made sense to become a member cause it equaled the cost of certain warranties and could get all my products in the future under a warranty. Best Buy also has the best exchange, repair, and replace policy. They are always so helpful and make it such an ease to do.
