Had to use this with new printer that would not connect to my wifi. They worked on it for 4 hrs and could not get it working. Had me return it. He was very polite and tried several ways to correct the problem but nothing worked

This membership is a fantastic deal. We've purchased a TV, TV mount, gas cooktop, and an oven so far this year. The Totaltech includes so many wonderful services that cannot be matched by another store.

Can I give this a zero. Had an agent cancel my membership 4 months in and have been jumping thru hoops to get Best Buy's error corrected to simply spend more money there. If I win the gift card, I can buy a new tech membership to make up for the one they accidentally canceled and then said they can do nothing about.

I have utilized the Geek Squad three times since purchasing this. They delivered and educated me on things a non-techie would not know. Great people, great experience, great products. Keep up the great work!

Geek squad does not know what they are doing. I had to pay for 2 total protections for 1 laptop.when I told what they did I was told they could not refund my money I had to call the hotline. Still never got my refund even after they said they did wrong. So I'm out 200 dollars

I love having the Geek Squad help to set up computer and TV equipment! I cannot do it without help; and help is what I got! They did a great job and I have recommended them to several friends now!

I only thought I would use this for help with my computer, but I was wrong. I’ve used this for my TVs and mounting them. Geek Squad has even come out to program my remote! I’m thankful I made the right choice to be a Geek Squad member.

The Best Buy Totaltech plan is helpful. The price of this plan is also affordable. When I usually I call to customer services for to make an appointment, the staff is very nice and they help me a lot.

This membership really makes BestBuy a better option than other retailers. Member prices, unlimited geek squad support, and extended warranties eliminate the thought of purchasing anywhere else.

Only complaint I have is I wish I would have heard about this opportunity much earlier. All Best Buy Team Members have been an enormous help to my family. Available 24/7 even for support on items purchased elsewhere.

It has been so helpful and valuable to have this membership. I have updated my appliances and get free delivery and haul off! It seems like between my phone, TV and computer, there is always a need!

This membership is totally worth it. You can get access to many items/sales that normal buyers don't have. If you purchase a lot from best buy, i recommend it since you get free year protection services on everything you buy.

This membership is well worth the investment. I am glad I decided to invest in the protection and coverage. I usually do not choose to purchase deals such as this, but I think it made sense in this case.

Very disappointed. My time is not respected. After waiting between 7 and 1, the were still late. The firs day, they failed to com. The second day, that came at almost 5. This is the third time, after 1 still not coming. Never communicated, just do what they want. Very disrespectful

Total tech basically pays for itself. You get A LOT of member specials and EVERYTHING that you buy is covered.i definitely recommend buying this membership if you are a frequent BestBuy shopper.

If you frequently shop at bestbuy I recommend buying this as it offers a lot for their services for free. Member Monday is also very nice.

This membership is a must buy for me. As an entrepreneur, I have to be ready to handle the needs of my clients. I can't worry that my technology is going to fail. I use this product to ensure I'm never left without my laptop.
