When I needed to replace what couldn’t be fixed, they found me the best replacement computer at the best price.

Delivery and set up is well worth it.

I got an installation for a car radio which was basicaaly the same cots plus other things that basically covered the cost of the membership.

I save money, I get priority shipping and installs and an extended warranty of everything I purchase. I mean, AppleCare comes with Apple products, and that alone can be so costly

EMPLOYEES SIMPLY ASKED IF WE WANTED THE PROTECTION PLAN TO PROTECT THE PRODUCT AND POINTED OUT SCENARIOS OF DROPS OR SPILLS AND EVEN PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT BOUGHT AT BEST BUY BEING COVERED, "BUT" WE WERE NOT ADVISED WE WOULD HAVE A CHARGE OF $199.99 AGAIN EXACTLY 1 YEAR LATER. MAKES ME THINK THEY ARE GETTING EXTRA COMPENSATION FOR SELLING THIS SERVICE BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE EVEN IT IT MEANS WITHHOLDING INFO. Posted .Hello, we apologize if it wasn't made clear that you were purchasing a subscription membership when you signed up for Totaltech! Due to the protection plans being tied to Totaltech being active, our system does not allow the auto renewal to be turned off or it would result in the protection plans being cancelled.
You would have received notice by email 30 days prior to renewal advising you of the upcoming renewal date, and you have 60 days after renewal to cancel the plan for a full refund. The only reason you would not have gotten a full refund is if it was past that 60 day period, or you used the plan during those 60 days.
If you meet those requirements and still did not receive the full refund due to you, please give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) so we can investigate this for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
