I have used this membership so many times since getting it. As a member, you get the protection plans included for every purchase. You get promotional sales events and pricing. You get early access to tons of things. If you buy from Best Buy often, it is well worth the price.

I love the peace of mind that when something happens to my computer or tablet, I can call, make an appointment to go into the store or have someone come to my home. And in person customer service is great! I don't particular care for chat.
